Q: Does this vacuum have a blower ability?

A: It has a “foam p” filter and a “Revo Red HEPA” filter; both are washable. I have not tried that yet. It says “The intake/exhaust air foam filters will rarely require cleaning.” I have no idea why that is. Maybe because it instructs you to empty the canister often, so you are removing the dust that way?
Q: What if the porpoise and how to use the Turbo Brush?
A: It is more heavy duty. It has the rotating brush for carpet cleaning.
Q: Does it have a BEATER BAR for carpets??
A: Yes, but it seems to be less bristles on the brush than I recall on my previous vacuums. There are two heads…one with the rotating brush, the other has a short bristled brush around the rim which you can lower for flat floor surfaces with a foot adjusting tab. I believe the beater bar/brush is the “Turbo head.”
