Audeze - LCD-X Planar Magnetic Over-Ear Headphones with Carrying Case - Black

Designed as a professional reference, this planar magnetic headphone delivers exceptional dynamics, speed, neutrality, and transparency, revealing every nuance of a recording with striking honesty. An expansive soundstage, lifelike midrange, and finely extended highs create impressive air, separation, and depth, letting listeners hear deeper into the mix. Advanced planar drivers use an ultra-thin diaphragm, thinner than a human hair and far larger than typical designs, for fast response, higher resolution, precise imaging, and reduced distortion. Double-sided magnet arrays provide uniform drive for near-zero distortion, while internal waveguides control resonance for cleaner waveforms. Meticulously engineered and hand-built in California with premium materials, matched components, and acoustically tuned earpads, it delivers lasting comfort, refined industrial design, and reference-grade performance that scales with quality amplification.

Experience high-quality sound with these Sennheiser high resolution headphones, featuring handmade fiber earpads for comfortable listening. Two connection leads offer balanced sound, letting you connect to dual outputs for true stereo sound. These Sennheiser high resolution headphones feature absorber technology that filters sound and eliminates unwanted peaks which may inhibit pure sound enjoyment.

Based on the best-selling LCD-X, the LCD-GX features Audeze’s patented Fluxor™ magnets and ultra-thin Uniforce™ diaphragms within a magnesium enclosure for astonishing sound quality and enhanced comfort.
