The ones I received are official Audio Technica Earpads. Took a little finessing to actually get on, but after that the fit is perfect. They're very comfortable. I've had the same M50s for 9 years now, and replacing the earpads makes them feel brand new again.

Great replacement ear cups for a great pair of headphones. Easy to pop off the old ear cups and replace them with these. Enjoy much else to say.

For what it's worth, it was fairly easy to replace but the material is still not the best quality, which was the reason I replaced it in the first place, so I expect to replace it in about a year or two if I decide to keep the headphones.
