A: Hello. Best Buy certified HT employee here. This power conditioner can improve picture quality for your TV. This improvement will be more noticeable for TVs that have high color accuracy and best contrast performance — think OLED or Mini LED TVs with a FALD backlight. (Stop by a store and ask about those technologies if you are unfamiliar with those terms). That being said, improvements to audio quality will be WAY more noticeable than picture quality. Why? These devices literally filter out “electric line noise” (an audible sound) from the incoming power. That means you can hear your movies and music better! To bring it full circle: this cleaner power makes electronics perform better in general, which is why you might notice an improved picture quality as well. TLDR: while you may notice a better picture, most people will notice better sound.
