These are amazing for wiring stuff You can attach wires to cables Attach cables to wires Booby trap your house Jump rope You name it. Seriously though these cables are sturdy and easy to get a nice setup. I paired them with the banana cables and it took like 15 minutes start to finish. They claim the cable setup and material reduce distortion but that might be more audiophine territory. Also, these cables are expensive for a full surround setup. What was my experience you ask? Honestly, the speaker sound amazing and the cable assembly was hassle free. If you have a little extra to spend on these cables, I say go for it. I doubt youll be disappointed and the cables will last for years....maybe even decades. Buy once cry once as they say.

This cable actually improved the bass response of my system. I was using 16 gauge monster before. This is better being 14 gauge (lower gauge means bigger conductors).

When I bought my system years ago, I used the run-of-the-mill speaker wire you'd normally use for, say, a bookshelf system or vehicle sound system. I've upgraded to these as I could over the years to provide better sound for my home theater system. They're pricey but you can sure see the difference in the sound. They're well shielded; I've never experienced feedback or static from other devices; they're flexible enough to route easily but not so flimsy as to fall apart, unravel, or otherwise degrade. If they were a little less expensive, they'd be a 10. But, sometimes you do get what you pay for and I've never had any issues.

Quality feel, pliable for installing around corners. A bit expensive, but worth it if you have a quality hi-fi system.

This is my 1st time using AudioQuest cables and thus far I'm satisfied. Solid build quality for both the outer layer and the copper wiring as well. I used the Monster quicklock banana plugs and for much less than the cost of the way overpriced pre-terminated cables (stay away from those-total ripoff) I have custom lengths (3 ft for the center speaker, 7 ft for the fronts) that fit my needs. I definitely recommend these for anyone stepping up their speaker game (I run a Boston Acoustics system). On a related note, I give much props to the staff of Magnolia-They know their products and the level of service is heads and shoulders above your typical "blue shirt" in the rest of the store.

I currently own the Marantz Cinema 60 with klipsch towers 8000 & realize the sound sounded pretty well but i knew it could sound better. I bought a Marantz Amplifier for $999 for more power to the Cinema 60 which turn to be a better noticable sound difference. I previously owned amazon speaker cables & at the time was good but i eventually upgraded to Audioquest speaker cables & both the Amplifier & audioquest speaker cable made a big difference to the sound quality. Theres just more details & crisper audio you get with these two combine & its incredible! Thats a common problem people do nowadays is they buy high end speakers but dont use the proper equipment or components for them. If you have a little extra money to spend for the amplifier & speaker cables they are indeed worth it!! Highy Recommend!!!

Very high quality cabling that is easy to use. Provides very clear and consistent audio with all my KEF R series speakers. It seems expensive but is definitely worth the price.

Good quality speaker wire. A bit overpriced compared to other pre banana plugged 14 gauge speaker wire. Was in a pinch and needed asap otherwise there are many options at a better price elsewhere.

I went to Best Buy to purchase a new receiver from their Magnolia section. I spent a couple hours looking at the different receivers and speakers. After I bought a nice receiver I knew I needed some high quality cable for my main speakers (L + R). The Magnolia rep suggested this cable since it was 14 gauge and I needed to power two Cerwin Vega VE12 speakers. Normally I used 18 or 16 gauge wire, but I have tested the 16 guage vs. this wire on the speakers and the Audio Quest sounds better. It is pricey, so I wasn't going to buy 100 feet of it, but 30 worked perfectly for the center channel and the two main speakers. I used 16 gauge for the rest. You get what you pay for, so why not let more power and sound get to your speakers.

I’ve been using Audioquest products for many years and never been disappointed. You can go to another online dealer and search lists upon lists of audio products and hope you get a quality product and sometimes you will and sometimes you won’t lol. I do not want to waste my time doing this and just stick with Audioquest. This speaker wire is a great product. Thick copper strands instead of many fine strands is what I’m looking for and this is exactly what you get. Great build quality and color coded. Sound is always great.

Before this I had a cheap wire that was thrown in free when I purchased my speakers. Let me be the first to tell u quality wires do make a difference! It is a bit pricey, especially when u have to buy more than one box but we’ll worth the price tag.

Never thought that cable and wiring would make a an audible difference--well, I never believed that people would spend large amounts of money on speaker wire, yet once I installed these on my (Bowers & WIlkins 603 S2 Anniversary) speakers, the sound was fuller, clearer and less distorted. Highs were less shrill, lows were balanced and the mid-range was pitched well--everything I expected out of my set-up, but felt was lacking. Caveat: if you own a mediocre HiFi system, these may not help you, but if you are trolling in the audiophile higher-end, these may help your system reach its expected heights.

Very nice heavy duty speaker wire. The way the wire is wrapped inside makes it very easy to add banana plugs etc and know you're going to have a very good reliable connection to your speakers.

Nice build, love the color labels for the cable, and found the coating to be very durable. Great in my opinion

AudioQuest products have never let me down. Originally I had some cheap speaker wires for my new sound system. They didn't convey the audio as I liked. I bought these low cost AudioQuest X2 speaker cables and I'm very pleased with them. The sound opened up. Bass, midrange and treble are much more cleaner sounding. Better cables do make a difference and these did not cost a lot to improve sound quality.
