We ordered this when a triple-digit heatwave was forecast. We usually are able to keep things manageable with fans, but for that kind of heat, an air conditioner is necessary. This is a nice unit - it doesn't cool a very big space, but cools nicely! The portability is nice - we put it in my home office during the day and move it to the bedroom at night. The only issue we had was that the exhaust tube was difficult to get inserted solidly in the window unit. We would recommend this product.

The AC works really well in single rooms. It’s a bit loud but not overbearing. I’m excited to be able to use the heating function and the multiple options really adds value to an already affordable unit.

The portable airconditioner I got has been great. Although it makes quite a bit noise while its on, it still does its just keeping my room cool/cold.

Only cool 1 room. Cool like a 5000 btu not an 18000 btu. Not worth the money.

AC worked pretty well for 250 sqft shed, however 4 months later I go to turn the heat on and it doesn’t work at all. Wish I would have tested it right away, as I am past the return period.

Do not buy this unit. Again do not buy this. There is-no support after purchase!!!! AC worked fine Having issues with heating unit filling up with water every few hours. Heater works OK but is not very warm at times. Contacted Best Buy and was sent to several different departments and no one could help. Called support for the device auxac They do not support the Best Buy models because they do not manufacture of the ones with the heating unit.
