Easy installation! Light weight so you can easily move it around by yourself. Tasty fileted cold water, haven't tried out the hot water yet though, bought for my home gym so I doubt I'll need the hot water, but cold is amazing

The product arrived faster than the estimated time for delivery. It looks nice and be easy to install. The machine is running well, quiet and dispensing clean hot and cold drinking water as my desired. I am very satisfied with this purchase and highly recommended this product !!!

Easy to install, works well and convenient. Water quality seems good. The hot water is excellent for tea, coffee and the occasional cheap lunch of instant ramen.

The cooler is easy to set-up and provides filtered hot and cold water. However, my prior A7 cooling unit froze up 2 years after purchase but was out of warranty. I’m giving them one more try and hoping for better reliability.

This setup is incredibly ineffective; wrapping a rag around your water hose to filter the water would likely filter better. Initially water was at 400ppm impurity, the filter only reduced it to 375ppm. Couldn’t taste any differenece between the filtered and non filtered water. The positive reviews seem biased, likely from those with already clean water. Avoid purchasing at all costs! Back to the store for a different brand swap or a refund.

3 month sold,. water wont cool or heat... Customer service emails take forever to come in... 0 help on youtube... using this for a staff of 7 in August in NYC and no available cold water at work is a nightmare... is it too late to return BestBuy?
