Q: Is this a cold water feed for both sides?
A: Hi, This unit will be hooked up to a cold water line. The water that goes into the unit will be filled into separate hot and cold holding tanks.

A: Did you register your water dispenser? If so, it is still under warranty and you can contact the manufacturer to get customer services.
Q: How long is manufacture warranty?

A: Hi chark. The Avalon A8 uses a Sediment Filter and an Activated Carbon Block filter which eliminates chlorine, lead, rust, and bacteria. For more information on the filters and the dual stage filtration, please visit www.avalonh2o.com.
A: Hi Ru, The self-clean cycle should be run once a week and will take 90 minutes to complete. The begin the self-clean cycle simply press and hold the black self-clean switch for a few moments. The power light will begin to blink. Do not use the water cooler while the unit is cleaning. When the cycle is complete the power light will return to steady on and you can use the cooler as normal. Although your water cooler does have this self-cleaning feature, we still recommend manually cleaning the cooler every 6 months. This is to avoid any potential mineral build up. The user manual will provide instructions on manually cleaning your cooler.
