It was easy to download and set up and easy to create flyers or documents. This program does not allow you to edit PDF files that are not created with the program. Could be helpful to a creater but is useless to me being in can't edit files.

Easy to install and use, and compatibility to Microsoft Office makes it the better option for home use. Had the previous version, and no issues. Great because it can be added to multiple devices.

Did not really know if it is a genuine Microsoft product but it is easy to use and has all the features of Microsoft Office. Price was also very reasonable.

Product is good, once you actually are able to download the software and register the product key. At first, I was unable to download it from my BestBuy digital library. I clicked on the "continue" button and it took me to a broken website. "We’re sorry, something went wrong. You can use our search bar or pick a category below. If you typed in a URL, check it for errors." That is the error message everyone will get. Go back to your previous digital library and COPY the KEY CODE under your product and platform heading. Go to their site "https://www.softmaker.com/en/softmaker-office-download" and download the software for your correct OS. Once you download and install the software PASTE your KEY CODE in when it asks you to purchase the product. This really helped from a different review on this board. Thanks for your help! This set works great. I can use them to prepare documents, presentations, and spreadsheets. It also works to open the many documents I receive that are normally in a Microsoft Office document.

Do not buy this. The link that you get will not work. Then when you talk to customer support at Best Buy (after being transferred three times) they will have you clear your cache and history (which screws up your browser) and still doesn't fix the problem. They they say you need to use Microsoft Edge (a terrible browser, which also doesn't fix it. Trying to get a refund is almost impossible.

perfect is the best. For those who have problems with the link, in the virtual library that best buy sends them is the serial number, just copy this number and go to the avanquest page and download it from there when it asks for your serial number, put the one you copied and that's it

Thought it was more than it is, i already had a few version.

Have been using an earlier version(2018) for over a year and thought I would do an upgrade to the later version. I really like that you can save the file in any format so you can easily take your work to number of different machines that have various versions of other word processor programs.

Update with ease fast install has all tools needed for what I wanted for multiple accounts.

Good alternative to Office price but discovered it doesn't let you save pivot tables.

Do not buy this product. Once purchased, Best Buy will refuse to refund your money. This looks like a Microsoft product. It is not. It is a cheap immitation that may violate trademark. Microsoft attorneys should be all over this and demand that BestBuy drop this product. Do. Not. Buy.

Like other reviewers state link will not download. Same explanations Clear Cache, use another browser, All to no avail. Stay away

This review will be highly unsatisfactory. My original purchase of Softmaker Office 2021 was on January 27, 2021. the purchase order was BBY01-806418261402. The order total was $64.90. I could not download the software from the digital library until enough time had elapsed for it to be placed in the library. I finally got around to attempting and completing a download in March. However, after installing the software I was unable to open it. Each time I tried I received a message to provide a "product key". After chatting with the "chat" folks at Best Buy, I was told to call another number. I did, but could not understand what the robo answering machine was telling me because of a hearing problem I have. I would greatly appreciate someone telling me how I get past this "product key" problem and also cancel the second order I placed for Softmaker Office 2021 on 04/23/21. I am sure I will then be able to provide you with the type of review that you were expecting. Huby A. Jone

Unable to download item gave up after few tries to customer care totally lost my money not sure I'll be buying online from bestbuy again and due to lost I'll think twice about my software options where bestbuy is concern

Sorry, could not download this item, even with the help of three different people from both Best Buy and the vendor. Iw did get the purchase refunded.

This does everything I need at a better price. Some things take some learning but they have a good help section
