A: Thank you moneyman for your question! The different sizes are geared towards fit for riders. Weight does not play a part in the sizing as all sizes have the same payload. The sizing recommendation for our step-through model are as follows: S/M 4'11" - 5'7" M/L 5'8"- 6'2"
Q: Can I purchase extra battery ? And how hard is it to replace?
A: Thank you for your question Chris! Yes Aventure batteries are available to buy from aventon.com. They are very simple to install as they are removable. We suggest buying and spare cover as well as that is not included in the battery purchase.
Q: Is this bike good for the beach or is there a different model you'd recommend?
A: Yes, this bike has 4 inch fat tire which would do good in sand, snow, gravel put more air in the tire and it's great on the road
Q: Can this be ridden in rain and or snow?
A: Thank you for your question! This bike is water resistant however not waterproof. Riding in a light drizzle would be fine for a short period of time. We have had this bike out in the snow however we recommend removing the fenders as the snow build up can occur between them and the tires.
