I can confirm this works amazing on Sony Bravia TVs that do not have RCA. Discord allows you to connect Legacy products such as DVD players and VCR players directly to your Sony Bravia with this you could still maintain the ER Channel to a amplifier receiver and watch DVD or VCRs with surround sound through the AV system. What does cost-effective method you do not need an RCA to HDMI with Sony products at least Bravia. When you are looking for this in the store go to the radio installation Department the TV department will not know what you're talking about.

These work great to connect older devices with only composite output to the newer tv’s that have the single mini input. Hooked up an older dvd player to my new LG. Don’t expect 4K but most tv’s attempt to up convert so good enough picture and sound for my purposes.

Served its purpose in allowing me to hook up a pair of RCA speakers to an old CRT TV. As such I didnt need to use the video, but I presume it would work fine too.

This is a great hook up for older RCA plug equipment to the A/V input on TV ‘s.
