Q: How long does assembly take and how complicated is set-up?
A: 1 hour. Easy.
Q: Can this be left outside in the winter on my patio?
A: If you do leave it out in winter without cover it's going to rust, even here in Southern California they rust. You can buy covers for the upper heating unit and that helps slow down the rust but the covers rot after a while. Best to roll it into storage in winter unless its under an outside patio roof and then you're okay.
