Disappointed
I can only confirm what was stated in the previous review: the item I received turned out to be used and did not look new. I was offered a choice: return the item or receive a replacement. I requested a price adjustment, given that the item was not new; however, my request was denied, and the dispute was closed without my knowledge or consent.
