Balthazar is wanted by the police in France and is on the run, somewhere unexpected. Camille, Delgado and Olivia have all been suspended and are feeling listless. Eddy and Fatim are managing the Institute as best they can, and Maya [his ex-wife, a serial killer who murdered his former love, Lise], who is still in prison, has given birth to Balthazar’s child. No one knows what has become of Alexandre, Balthazar’s brother and greatest enemy. But the emergence of an especially diabolical killer forces Balthazar out of hiding – for the worse, certainly, but also for the better.
