While I am not new to 3D printing, started in 2018. The P2S is my second Bambu and second core XY printer. A year ago I wanted to jump on the P1S, but it lacked the advanced features of the newer A1 (easy nozzle swaps, flow calibration and touch screen.) While the A1 has been a fantastic machine, albeit a messy layout with its AMS lite configuration. I wanted to be able to print enclosed and have higher temps available. The H series looked amazing, but simply don't have enough room for where my life path is heading. When P2S finally became available, bought it on day one. And while P2S may not be the absolute beast Bambu printer. Let me try to tell you why the P2S is the printer you should buy. Main reasons to buy: Simple clip style nozzle swaps 0.2, 0.4 0.6, 0.8. Buy spares in case of clog or special projects. Flow Calibration. Camera and time lapse are pretty good now. Great touch Screen. Love the humor on the display after each print. Easily print up to ASA filament on default settings. Prefer printing from PC, but app is decent on certain devices. AMS 2 is heated. Just can't print and dry simultaneously, yet. Holiday season '25 had great 0% finance options with Best Buy Citi card. This may not apply to all or when you purchase. Downsides: AMS 2 Pro hates cardboard spools (cardboard is not good in AMS). Buy refillable spool brands like Bambu and Sunlu till you have a few spools stocked. Not as quiet as my A1. Not too bad unless you place in living room. The internal filter may not be enough if printing ABS/ASA. External venting is up to the user creating a system at this point. Sweet Spot Bambu: The P2S sits in the sweet spot of ability to print filaments that are more functional and not just trinkets and toys. The encloser is not heated, but does get up to temp for many of the better structural plastics. I have printed PLA, PETG, TPU up to ASA. Everything prints nearly perfect with standard settings of the printer. There are even tougher plastics you can try. I am now able to print what I wanted more so than the A1's limits. And now taller prints are less prone to failure over bed slinger printers. It may be hard to justify an $800 3D printer unless you make money from it when the A series is so good for more than half as much. Take it from me. If you buy either A1 printer. You will quickly want another printer. Had the P2S with the best of the A1, P1S and a splash of X1C been around a year ago. It would be the only printer I would I have today. Sure multi-color prints are a poop nightmare compared to the top H2C offering. And if lots of color prints are your thing, there are options now for similar money (U1). Usually, I only print one and two color items 70%+ of the time. I do also have the HT-AMS and have done a few 5 color prints, and they came out flawless. Just print while you sleep and make sure you have a great big poop bucket. While I thought my A1 w/AMS lite would go up for sale after the P2S arrived. I seem to keep printing with it. So, maybe everyone is meant to have multiple printers when results on Bambu is this good and reliable. As for the only real complaints, and it's only nitpicking and not a Bambu issue for the most part. Aside from needing to print an exhaust option to vent ABS/ASA - VOC's since the internal filter seems to not be sealed enough with the cabinet. It is the AMS 2 pro, that I take some issue with. I knew the heater only dried when idle. Did not know the rolling of spools while drying only happens when idle and filament not fed into ports. So basically, to dry filament and use auto roll. Spools must not be unwound, unless they update the feature. Also be aware when you buy filament. Try to get plastic spools as much as possible. Sunlu and Bambu both sell spools that are reusable. And once you have a few of those, you will be able to peel Cardboard spools and mount them on the sunlu or Bambu spool. Cardboard spools, even with printed plastic adapters, constantly foul if you print multi-color projects. I am using the A1 with its AMS lite to run out the last of my cardboard spools. It has been a champ at this. Overall, buy what you can afford. Bambu is "current" king for a reason. Reliable. Ease of use. Parts are readily available, if ever needed. Bambu prints give extremely consistent results. Tinkering days are over.

I recently purchased this 3D printer and have been extremely impressed so far. From setup to the quality of the prints, the entire experience has been very beginner-friendly. First off, the setup process was incredibly quick. From the time I opened the box to having the printer powered on and connected to Wi-Fi took about 15–20 minutes. The instructions were straightforward and the overall design makes it very easy to get started without feeling overwhelmed. The user interface on the printer itself is super intuitive and easy to navigate. On top of that, the companion app is top-notch. Being able to start prints directly from the app is a huge convenience and makes managing prints much easier, especially when you're not sitting right next to the machine. Print quality has been excellent. All of my prints so far have come out very smooth with great detail. Like any 3D printer, there is some tinkering required depending on the filament you’re using, but once you dial things in the results are very consistent. The AMS Pro 2 that comes with the combo has also been fantastic. It’s very user friendly and I’ve had no issues running multi-color prints. Filament changes are smooth and the system handles them reliably. Another feature I really like is the built-in camera and lighting. The image quality is surprisingly clear, which makes it easy to monitor prints remotely. The AI detection for stringing works fairly well too. It’s not completely foolproof—smaller items don’t always get picked up—but on larger prints it catches issues about as well as you’d expect. You’ll probably see some reviews mentioning filament getting stuck. In my opinion, that’s often related to using lower quality filament brands. I recommend sticking with reputable filament manufacturers. Keep an eye on sales on Amazon or buy directly from the filament companies—buying in bulk can save a few dollars and usually ensures better consistency. If you have the budget for this printer, I highly recommend it. It’s very beginner friendly but still powerful enough to grow with you. My advice for new users would be to start with simple prints while you learn the machine and how different filament types behave. YouTube is also a great resource for tips and troubleshooting. I’d also suggest holding off on fancy or specialty filaments until you’re comfortable with the basics and understand what the printer can do. Overall, it’s been a great experience and a solid investment for anyone looking to get into 3D printing.

I’ve been extremely impressed with my Bambu Lab P2S Combo. Setup was straightforward, and it was printing high-quality parts right after the simple set-up. The automatic bed leveling and built-in calibration features take a lot of the guesswork out of printing. The print quality is consistently sharp and clean, I've printed in both PLA and PETG without issue. the touchscreen interface is simple to understand and clear and responsive. The multicolor capability in the Combo version with the AMS 2 Pro, adds multi color capability without making things complicated. Overall, it’s been reliable, fast, and easy to use — a great first-timer 3D printing experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it.

This is my first 3D printer. It is very straightforward to use. It prints really good and can handle a lot of different types of filament. The software to use it is free and can be download so you can unbox, setup, and get your first print going within a hour. So far it been hassle free. I suggest using the tutorial to learn how to properly use the machine, maintain it and advance your skills. If your a first time user this machine can get you up and making quality prints in no time.

After doing our due diligence on what was available and still being price conscious, we ultimately settled on the Bambu Lab P2S AMS Combo, and it has exceeded expectations. It was a Christmas gift for my 13-year-old, who specifically wanted a 3D printer to bring her digital art creations to life. What impressed me immediately was how intuitive the setup was — she was able to get it up and running largely on her own with minimal help. The AMS (Automatic Material System) has been a standout feature. It allows up to four different filaments to be loaded at once, making it easy to create multi-colored prints without manual filament changes. Being able to design something digitally and see it printed in multiple colors has been especially exciting and motivating for her. Print quality has been consistently excellent right out of the box, and the overall experience feels polished and reliable rather than something that requires constant tweaking or troubleshooting. For the performance, features, and ease of use you get at this price point, it delivers serious bang for your buck. It’s hard to find a better value in this category.

Setup was quick and easy which is saying a lot because this if my first 3d printer. Performs very well with Bambu labs filament. I did a ton of research before deciding on the Bambu Labs P2S and I am very happy with my purchase. My kids can use it with no problems with the Bambu Handy app. It is quiet and fast. Highly recommend if you’re just getting started with 3d printing.

The Bambu Lab P2S has completely changed my expectations for what a consumer 3D printer can be. This is by far the most reliable and low-maintenance printer I have ever used. Setup was fast and straightforward. From unboxing to first successful print took very little time, and everything worked exactly as expected. Automatic bed leveling, calibration, and monitoring remove almost all of the trial and error that usually comes with 3D printing. Print quality is excellent out of the box. Layer consistency, dimensional accuracy, and surface finish are all impressive without needing constant tuning. It is also extremely fast while still maintaining quality, which is something I did not think was realistically achievable at this price point. The enclosed design is a major plus for printing more demanding materials, and the overall build quality feels solid and well-engineered. Paired with the AMS, multi-color and multi-material printing is smooth and reliable, not a gimmick. What stands out most is dependability. I can start a print and trust it to finish without babysitting. Failed prints are rare, and the software ecosystem is polished and easy to use. If you are tired of constantly tweaking, leveling, and troubleshooting other 3D printers, the P2S is absolutely worth the investment. It feels like a professional tool designed for real productivity, not just a hobby machine. Highly recommended.

The Bambu Lab P1S is hands-down the best investment I’ve made next to the H2C. Right out of the box, the setup was seamless, and I was printing high-quality parts 30 minutes. What sets this apart is the perfect balance of speed and reliability. The full enclosure allows me to tackle advanced materials like ASA and PETG without warping, while the core-XY motion system delivers incredible detail even at high speeds. It’s a 'set it and forget it' machine that actually delivers on its promises. If you want a printer that spends more time creating and less time being calibrated, this is the one!" Why it stands out: Blazing Fast: Significantly reduces print times compared to traditional bedslingers. Enclosed Design: Great for temperature stability and keeping noise (and fumes) contained. Plug-and-Play: The auto-bed leveling and vibration compensation work like magic.

Fantastic printer. It printed right out of the box without any issues. The print quality is great, and I would highly recommend it. My last printer was an Ender 3 Pro that I heavily modified and upgraded to have similar features to a Bambu printer, but it came with lots of headaches. The P2S is easy to use, prints hassle-free, and is very fast. The Bambu Studio app on both PC and mobile is great and easy to use. The built-in camera feature is also very helpful for long prints when you’re not home, and combined with the AI, errors are caught quickly. If you're new to 3d printing I highly recommend Bambu Labs and the P2S!

This is easily one of Bambu Lab’s best 3D printers yet, and I genuinely think this should be the default printer most people buy. The price is an affordable entry point for what you’re getting, and the performance is absolutely top-tier. I am very glad I grabbed the AMS combo deal as soon as Best Buy listed it. Setup was simple and beginner-friendly, and within a short time I was printing some of the best quality parts I’ve ever gotten from a consumer printer. It’s also noticeably faster than many of Bambu’s previous models while still maintaining excellent print quality. This thing just feels like a modern, polished product, not a DIY science project. The enclosed design and heated chamber are huge benefits, especially if you print materials that normally warp or require a stable environment. Between the enclosure, speed, and tuning, it prints reliably and consistently. It’s also loaded with features, honestly too many to list, and Bambu Lab’s reputation for industry-wide performance is well earned. The AMS combo is absolutely worth it. Once you use the AMS for multi-color prints, support materials, or simply keeping multiple filaments ready to go, it’s hard to go back. It makes the entire workflow faster and more convenient. What I like: Incredible print quality, some of the best I’ve seen. Fast printing without sacrificing detail. Easy setup and beginner-friendly experience. Enclosed printer with heated chamber for better material handling. AMS combo is a major upgrade for convenience and multi-material printing. Feature-rich with a polished user experience. Excellent value for the performance level. Advanced features can feel overwhelming at first, but you grow into them quickly. Read the manual. Overall, this is a 5-star printer all around. It’s fast, reliable, easy to use, and produces outstanding results. Bambu Lab has set the bar high with this one, and I genuinely believe this is the printer most people should be buying.

The speed of this unit is incredible, but the reliability is what really stands out. Setup was seamless...essentially plug-and-play. The AMS system handles multi-color prints with zero downtime, making it feel more like a precision tool than a hobbyist machine. It’s the 'set it and forget it' experience I've been looking for.

The Bambu Labs P2S is absolutely great! Out of the box, after a simple assemble and automatic calibration, I started printing with no effort on my part. The tuning is automatic and the bed leveling is automatic. I just push print and the P2S does the rest. The prints so far are coming out flawless with minimal or no layer lines. If you are looking to get into 3d printing, this thing is a must. It new user friendly and a solid machine.

Having years off experience with the 3d printer models of the last 10 years, I thought I was out of the game. I thought I was done. I was tired of misprints, warping, and every other form of disappointment one can achieve through printing with this old dinosaurs. Until I found Bambu Lab printers. I didn’t know exactly how much better the technology became until I purchased the Bambu Lab P2S combo. With everything automatic now, not having to mess with Z offsets and leveling the bed and adhesion, this printer has freed my mind from worry so I can focus on creating/designing/implementing. I will never buy another brand of printer other than Bambu Lab ever again. I’m a lifetime loyalist and would gladly recommend these printers to anyone of any age! If you got out of printing because you got tired of all the hassles, now’s the time to jump back in. All of the Bambu Lab printers have great reviews, but I’d say start with the P2S combo. I never used multicolor before and let me tell you, I was nervous. But again, Bambu Lab’s technology made it virtually impossible to mess up. Hesitate no more. Go get it!!

I have zero experience with 3D printers so I watched a bunch of videos to try and figure out if I wanted to learn something new, and if so, which printer should I invest in. Turns out one of my friends had just purchased the P2S and was printing like crazy. I stopped by his house and got a tour of this printer and what he’s printed and instantly fell in love with the Bambu Lab P2S printer. Of course it was sold out with no date it would be back in stock. I signed up on an app called Trackalacker and put the Best Buy link into the app. A week later, while driving, I got the text it was in stock. Figuring it would sell out immediately, I jumped on the app, added it to my cart and checked out! In less than a minute, it had already sold out. 2 days later, it was delivered. I opened the box, set it up and ran thru the calibrations and was up and running! Luckily i had pre-purchased several spools of filament before the printer arrived as no filament comes with it. Ao far, it’s been flawless! Great prints and so many ideas for future prints. This printer was a perfect choice for being a novice.

I am blown away at how easy this printer is. You pick a model from the catalogue, press ”download” and that’s it. You can even do it all from your smart phone. It’s truly amazing! The printer handles all the complicated stuff for you, calibrating, leveling, switching the filament for multi-color models. The printer even has a built-in camera so you can watch the progress from your phone. I haven’t had one bad print yet! I highly recommend this 3D printer!!!

Been using this printer for 2 months and it's been doing great! Very beginner friendly, the quality of the prints has also been outstanding. This is my first time getting into 3d printing and I haven't had any complaints so far. Bambu support has been very helpful as well whenever I've been running into issues with my prints/printer
