Poor Quality/Support
This product broke after five (5) months of very little use. We purchased the safe for my daughter who was going to college. The locking mechanism failed allowing the locking knob to turn freely defeating the entire purpose of the safe. In addition, the battery door doesn't stay on and the AA batteries fall out when you close the safe making the keypad inoperable. I had to tape the battery door on to get the safe to work. I contacted Barska support and provided all of the documentation. After several weeks of email exchanges and additional documentation requests they sent me their warranty statement. NOTE: Barska's warranty requires you to ship the safe back to them prepaid and pay them $30.00 for return shipping and wait 6-8 weeks for the repair. That's well over half the cost of the defective, poor quality product. I would avoid this product and company.

Priced right
Got this on sale for $60.00. Its big enough for a laptop. The key and key pad was an option I wanted. The key pad combination could not be any easier to set and change. It also comes with a cable to wrap around something so a thief cannot just walk off with it which makes it great for traveling and leaving in your motel room.

Good Secure Box
The keypad works, though sometimes I have to turn the dial a little persistently. This isn't bad, though. Box is sturdy, yet light.
