Q: Will this download through the Xbox app on PC? And be playable on PC??

A: It does not, I wast just misinformed and lied to by a sales rep and he told me it did, bought it and surprise it doesn't include a windows version. My money and rewards gone, thank you Best Buy for the 0 help.
