The pillow is comfortable but I am concerned my pillow came to me used. The packaging was not sealed in any way which is unusual. The tag on the pillow was also all crumpled and ugly looking like it's been around. I am very skeptical and do not believe I was shipped a brand new pillow....

Tester to true believer, these pillows are supremely comfortable and don't over-heat. They also don't make pulse sounds when you sleep on your side ++

It arrived and packing and looked used with a few loose threads here and there. provided both soft comfort and firm support.

I had to get one pillow instead of sleeping on multiple pillows do to neck and back issues. This pillow gives me the support I need. It's firm but soft and allows me to get a good night's rest without waking up with an achy neck.

I have very bad neck and back pain - I am a side sleeper and purchased this pillow. I highly recommend it - so comfortable and perfect for side or back sleeping.

Unless you're into really thick pillows for your neck I would say this is the ultimate back pillow that I use every single day when I'm chilling on my couch or bed.

A great MF pillow. I have 2 of these now. One for my bed and 1 for my office chair to help with lumbar support.

I was skeptical to pay that much money for a pillow but it was well worth it

just wanted to try it out n see what the fuss was about. tried it and thought, eh. woke up not noticing the pillow. i typically notice them one way or another. that's good enough for me.

Pretty great pillow, overall. Stays pretty cool and has reasonable firmness.

Overall, not a bad pillow but I ended up returning it. Some nights it would be great but others it wouldn’t feel that great. Too soft a lot of times for my taste.

Junk. Way to tall. The filling piles up in the middle through the night leaving a very uncomfortable lump to use.
