This is peak laziness in a good way. Add water using the little measuring cup, drop in the eggs, press the button and walk away. No babysitting, no guessing if it’s done. It just shuts off on its own when ready which is honestly the best part. For me it’s mostly been about consistency. Soft, medium, hard boiled it actually gets it right once you figure out the water levels. Took me a couple tries to dial in my perfect yolk but after that it’s been super reliable. What I like is how clean and fuss free it is. No big pot, no waiting for water to boil, and cleanup is quick since most parts are washable.Also didn’t expect to use the extra trays much but the poached eggs and quick omelet option are nice bonuses when I feel like pretending I have my life together. It’s small, sits quietly on the counter, and just does its job without drama.
