A: You can use parchment paper, and it won't affect it. THey even make parchment liners shaped like the insider of the air fryer.
A: Under "specifications' it says it is BPA free.
A: I don't see why you can't, but you might want to put something under it to protect the table top from the heat. Also, the cord is only about 30 inches long, so you need to consider the distance to the outlet - might need an extension cord.
A: Yes you should do that. A different brand air fryer, but basically the same design, caused my Corian countertop to crack, resulting in a $900 repair. Repairman said this is not uncommon.
