Customer Ratings & Reviews

Here’s a clean, natural espresso machine review in English, balanced and honest ☕️✨: Review: This espresso machine delivers a strong, rich, and flavorful coffee with an excellent layer of crema. The espresso comes out bold and aromatic, making it perfect for those who enjoy an intense coffee experience. Overall performance is impressive and consistent. The only downside is the milk frothing wand, which unfortunately leaves an unpleasant taste in the milk. Aside from this issue, the machine performs very well and produces outstanding espresso. Overall, it’s a great coffee maker with excellent results, especially for espresso lovers.

We got this machine for Christmas. It serves rich, cafe quality espresso with impressive 20-bar pressure. The stainless steel design looks and fits perfectly in small spaces. Lightweight. Very easy to use and consistent in performance. Great value for anyone wanting quality espresso at home without the bulky-ness.

This is my 2nd that I am buying as a back up The coffee from this is the best i have ever had This looks amazing on any counter top Easy to use Did i mention Best coffee Ever

I got this espresso machine to replace my 5 year old espresso machine just because it felt like it was time for an upgrade. Overall I like this machine, it has a setting for a single and double shot and stops brewing on its own which is convenient. The frother works well too. Only part I don't love is that the handle is unusually hard to twist on and off and the frother sits a little low.

The Bella PRO - Slim Espresso Machine is a fantastic little addition to my kitchen! I was really impressed with how compact it is – perfect for smaller spaces. Plus, cleaning and maintenance are incredibly easy, which is a huge bonus. Seriously, it’s so simple to keep it running smoothly. (Use filtered or distilled water!) My only minor note is that it takes a few minutes for the machine to cool down and be ready for steam function use again after you’re finished. But honestly, that’s a super small price to pay for such a convenient and flavorful espresso maker. Highly recommend!

It’s a good product for the price. This is my first expresso machine and wanted one for cheap to see if I would use it and I do. But the quality of this unit for the price is really good. I liked it so much I had my GF by one as well. I recommend!! It does not come with that small expresso cup. I bought that on Amazon for $7

Cost me about $80. I’ve been using it daily now for over 3 weeks. Awesome value for what you get. Easy cleanup. Takes a few minutes reading the instructions to get the hang of it, but worth the time. Lots of features expected on much more expensive models.

Very easy to use for new comers to espressos. Love the sleek clean design as well.

Awesome, smart small foot print appliance, make better coffee than another

This is my first hands on espresso macine, its pretty awesome for the sale price i bought it fir 49 bucks, i def will be upgrading to a heavier machine as this one is very lite and it moves around.

I love it, it makes a spectacular coffee, I highly recommend it.

This is my first expresso machine and I couldn’t be more satisfied. Small investment to start a new hobby. Learning on how to make the perfect brew.

Bella Pro Slim Espresso Machine stainless steel look is beautiful and makes it looks expensive. It is compact and slim, saving countertop space and easy to hide or store it inside cabinet. Though you will want to display it as it is so beautiful. The espresso made by this machine is rich, has intense flavors and smooth. I like the taste very much. Making espresso is very easy if you know how to operate the machine. Although this is my first espresso machine, I am making espresso everyday like an expert. But I have not master making a leaf on the cappuccino yet. The steam wand swivel 360°, it is for texturing the milk and double as hot water dispenser. I thought it can froth the milk too. It has heated top plate to keep your cups warm. The water tank is removable and has 1L capacity. The machine comes with a single & a double cup stainless steel filters. The drip tray is also removable, this makes it easy for cleaning. The drip tray also has a full indicator. The machine starts up really fast, from the moment you switch on the machine, it took less than 30 seconds to reach optimal temperature and then it is ready to start making espresso. The machine is also not heavy; however, this makes it hard to attach the portafilter into the lock position. I have to hold the whole machine down using my left hand while using my right hand to lock in the portafilter so this definitely requires two hands. At first, I cannot find the cleaning pin, because the picture of it in the instruction manual makes me misjudge the size. It is smaller than I thought and it is attached or hiding under the 2-in-1 coffee tamper spoon. The instruction manual is very lacking. Example, it says "place the steam wand's tip into the frothing jug. Place an empty container under the water dispenser." First, where is the frothing jug? Secondly, there is no separate water dispenser. Then, it says "Press the steam button....Turn the function control dial to steam...Hot steam purge the line.....turn the function control dial to standby" and the next step is press the double shot. It should say press the steam button to get out of the steam mode before pressing the single or double shot. Also, the instruction manual does not mention how to get the steam wand to dispense hot water. You have to get out of the steam mode and turn the function control dial from standby to steam, there are only two options for the function control dial; standby or steam/hot water. Lastly, the first unit I received malfunction after just one use. All the lights flashing. Customer service was very helpful and sent me a replacement unit.

Hey, coffee lovers, tech geeks, and everyone who falls in between – I’m here with the scoop on the Bella Pro Series 20 Bar Slim Espresso Maker. If you're on the hunt for a sleek, countertop-friendly espresso machine that doesn't skimp on quality, buckle up. Let's dive into what makes this espresso maker a worthy contender for your morning routine or caffeine fix at any time. Unboxing the Bella Pro Series Out of the box, the Bella Pro Series makes a striking impression with its sleek and slender design. I mean, it's aptly named "slim," right? It's a true space-saver, a breath of fresh air for kitchens already bursting with gadgets. The stainless steel finish lends it a commanding presence, conveying a sense of utmost professionalism, and I'm entirely on board with that. The build quality exudes durability - no wobbling or cheapness to be found here, folks. Functionality Now, let’s talk functionality. The Bella Pro Series boasts a professional-grade 20-bar pressure pump that ensures that each espresso shot is extracted with the right amount of pressure. The difference? A smoother and more flavorful shot that can stand up to your favorite coffee shops. The machine heats up quickly, meaning less waiting time and more sipping time. It includes a steam wand for frothing milk, and this little beast can give you that creamy texture for a perfect cappuccino or latte. It's like having your own personal barista right in your kitchen. Plus, the simplicity in design extends to its operation – intuitive buttons and a straightforward brewing process make it newbie-friendly. And for you tech-savvy folks, while it doesn’t boast many digital displays, its mechanical operation means reliability and less time fiddling with settings. Long-term Use After several weeks with the Bella Pro Series, this is the kind of appliance built for daily use. The cup-warming tray is a nice touch, ensuring your espresso doesn’t cool down too quickly when it hits the cup. Also, the removable water tank is a godsend, making refills and cleaning a walk in the park. I've tested it with different grinds and beans, and the Bella Pro Series consistently delivers good espresso. I wouldn’t say it’s forgiving if you use a grind that’s too coarse or fine, so stick to the recommended settings for the best brew. Build Quality I briefly mentioned the build quality, but it deserves more airtime. The portafilter and basket are heavy-duty – they lock in snugly and have the heft that tells you they’re going to last. Thanks to its stabilizing feet, the machine itself doesn’t dance around the counter when in use, which is more than I can say for other slim models. The steam wand is robust and swings out smoothly, giving you enough room to work your milk-steaming magic. However, clean it after every use to prevent milk build-up and maintain performance. Pros and Cons So, let's break it down into what’s “hot” and what’s not. Pros: Compact Design: It's slim and attractive, a true space-saver without losing its professional feel. Barista-Grade Pressure: With 20 bars of pressure, you're guaranteed a top-notch espresso shot each time. Quick Heat-Up Time: No dilly-dallying here. It’s ready to brew in a jiffy. Steam Wand: This thing can froth like nobody's business, giving you the power to make a variety of coffee drinks. Ease of Use: Simplicity is key. With a no-fuss interface, it's plug-and-play after a quick read of the manual. Cup Warming Tray: A small but mighty feature that keeps your espresso at the perfect temperature. Durable Build: Quality materials and a sturdy build prevent dance-offs on your countertop. Cons: Steep Learning Curve for Frothing: Newbies might find it tricky to use the steam wand at first, but practice makes perfect. Manual is a Must-Read: You might want to keep that manual handy until you get the hang of things, especially to nail the grind size and tamping pressure. Needs Regular Maintenance: Like any espresso machine, it craves attention. Regular cleaning is non-negotiable if you want it to stay on top of its game. To wrap this up, the Bella Pro Series 20 Bar Slim Espresso Maker is like that one friend who always dresses sharp – reliable, impressive, and always ready to deliver. It’s the perfect sidekick for those who value quality, efficiency, and style. Whether you’re a busy professional, a parent on the go, or someone who enjoys the finer things in life without the fuss, this machine has got your back. In the realm of espresso makers, the Bella Pro stands out for not just being another pretty face. It’s a robust machine that packs a punch where it counts. The coffee? Divine. The milk foam? Heavenly. And the user experience? Uncomplicated once you get the hang of it. Whether you’re updating your home café or just starting out, this machine is sure to please. And if you’re in it for the long haul, you’ll be glad to know that this isn’t just a fling. The Bella Pro Series is a commitment – to quality, to morning rituals, and to the craft of exquisite coffee-making. So, coffee lovers, if you’re on the fence about which espresso machine to let into your life, consider the Bella Pro Series 20 Bar Slim Espresso Maker. It’s a solid investment for anyone looking to upgrade their coffee game. With a little practice, you’ll be whipping up Instagram-worthy cappuccinos that'll have your friends sliding into your DMs for a taste. Till next time, keep brewing and stay caffeinated!

I like the design and look of it. Also I think water container has issues because tiny little movement can cause leaking the waiter

Makes a great espresso, buy one for yourself. Perfect size for a coffee bar

This is my first cappuccino machine. Easy to use and take little counter space.

Great entry level machine. It’s small and doesn’t take allot of room. Warms up very quickly and froths very well.

There’s not a morning that I don’t use this, makes delicious espresso. 10/10
