Great pic and still great after 6 months. My son loves it- best one he’s had so far

The Monitor is 5 stars. Bestbuy customer service is negative stars, I will never purchase another device, electronic or ANYTHING from BestBuy again. I got my monitor and unfortunately it came with a pixel out, I did my due diligence to try and get it unstuck using tools online to fix. After this didn't work I reached out to customer service to work on exchange. Worked with someone after talking with them we got a replacement "sent" to my local store so I can go in with broken monitor and get new monitor. 12 days later (the day of pickup) at 3 a.m. I get "your store does not carry this" use these options by the 16th or we will cancel order.... First off WHY does your system wait until 3 a.m. the day of to go oh WAIT you don't get your replacement, I also reached out the day before and talked with a CS agent to make sure I brought broken monitor back correctly. This agent "verified" or lied and told me YEP everything is good to go you will have monitor tomorrow. Today I reached out and was told we are sorry, we will resubmit and next week you can get your replacement. Purchase this awesome monitor but purchase it elsewhere because if it comes with an issue they will wait and hope you forget then fall out of exchange policy.

The product is one of the best LCD panels on the market. I had an OLED monitor, and for FPS competitive games, it beats it.
