My wife and I purchased this mattress with expectation of a boxspring, which at the time said that it came with one in its specifications. When the bed arrived, to our surprise , there was no boxspring that arrived with it. We had just moved and specifically needed both a new mattress and a box spring so we could finally set up our bed frame instead of sleeping with the mattress on the floor. We contacted the seller, they never straight answer and took them 20 hours to respond each time. They went behind our back and changes their specifications about the boxspring, when we brought it to their attention even though we sent them a screenshot of proof. We didnt figure this out until we contacted Best Buy and they showed up their specifications (which they changed) and told us that is why we aren't getting a boxspring because it says it doesn't. Best Buy couldn't help our situation. They said there was nothing they could do since it was a third party seller. First of all, Best Buy should not be selling peoples product if they can't assist the buyer with the product. We just wanted a boxspring so we could have our bed up off the ground. The seller then tried to lowball us and offered to give us 60 dollars to get a boxspring for goodwill. As we kept hounding (remember it takes them 20 hours to respond each time), they wanted a fair conclusion and said they would exceed their return policy and offered a 200 dollar refund as a "apology for this inconvenience" when their max return policy is 150. (50 dollar difference). We also kept asking for a phone number to call yet they wouldn't give it to us. In conclusion, it took us 2 weeks to come to a fair conclusion, very diffuiclut and frustrating company to work with. This makes Best Buy look bad :( but bed is great :)
