Broke and company doesnt care

Broke after a month. Cant return. Reached out to the CS on the instructions. They had me submit a ton of info and video of the unit only to say they won’t do anything. I paid $100 for 4 batches of ice. Dont buy an ice maker from any place with less than a 90 day return period.
