The only thing I dont like about this recliner is the arms are only held on with a zipper on 1 side and velcro on the other side and they keep falling down. Other than that its great and very comfortable

Purchased this chair for our home specifically for my wife who has back issues. I was weary buying this chair site unseen but I have been pleasantly surprised in the quality and comfort this chair offers. The massage and heat functions are very nice. I love the rocking feature as well. The lumbar support is surprisingly good and I would recommend this chair to others.

workednwell at the start but after prolong sitting you can feel the massager through the fabric. also the side velcro for arm rests omwont stay in place.

Size was smaller than advised. Material isn't long-lasting, it's not high quality material. For 400 dollars the value of the chair is not worth it. Feels like it could break at any time. I'm 5'1 and my feet still hang off the footrest.

The chair looks good in appearance. Was easy to assemble but did not meet my massage expectations. I wanted a deep tissue type massage in lower back. The chair basically just vibrates. I don't recommend this chair if you need to actually feel the massage.

Very nice chair but the massage function/remote was malfunctioning and eventually stopped working all together. I should have reported the issue right away but it started working. Now I've missed the return window. The chair os comfortable so guess I'll just recline in it.

I love it but I didn’t know the arms were healed to the recliner with a zipper and Velcro. The Velcro could be stronger. I had to have my dad staple it on the Velcro side to fix it moving so much

Easy to use. Comfortable. Had a few hiccups but Bestier came thru and was very helpful. Overall, I am happy with the chair.

Bought this chair for my husband’s birthday and Christmas gift and he loves it. I was kind of worried about not getting it on his birthday but instead we received it on a Saturday before we left home was glad about but the must of all I love that when I go on line the chair keep going down and call to get price match and they are good with helping me .

I give it 4 stars because for the most part, its a great chair. However, on the right side, the velcro is horrible. Whoever designed this chair shouldve zipped *both* sides of the arms, not just one! It wouldve been a lot less frustrating!

Nice massage and it help me on the back pain that i had.

This was gifted to a Police Station for the officers. THEY LOVE IT! Each officer takes turns after a long day at work.
