This is a great bidet. I bought it after researching online. It has a number of features that not every bidet has such as the deodorizer, the enema wash and the warm water tank which provides you an ever-ready soothing warm wash without any wait for the water to warm up. True to the reviews I read online, the water pressure was great so the wash was strong. However, in the end, I chose the Bio Bidet BB-800 model over this model because the BB-800 has all the exact same features as this one and the strong water pressure, but the BB-800's control panel is attached to the right side of the bidet. There's no big remote control that I have to figure out where to mount that's within comfortable reach. If you have a small bathroom, you might want to consider this. Best Buy has the best deal anywhere, online or in brick and mortar store, and free delivery. If it doesn't work out, you can take it back to a local store without incurring a shipping expense. So it made my decision to buy this very easy.

After visiting Europe and using bidets, I bought this for my husband kept stating how much he missed Europe’s bidets. It was relatively easy to install. I like the separate remote so you don’t have to twist around to find the button on the side. Also the remote has big pictures and mounted easily on the wall next to the toilet. The warm water reservoir isn’t that warm but at least it’s not cold. If it was truly warm water I would be giving this product five stars. I also like the different features (feminine, vortex, etc.). I thought the heated seat was unnecessary and over the top initially but it is actually a great feature. The hand-held bidet is still in the box but looking forward to using it in the future. Overall we are very happy with this purchase and would recommend it for anyone looking for a bidet.

Easy to install. Most of the good bidets toilet seats are quite pricey. Found this one on black Friday and finally made the move. Highly recommend this product. You won't be disappointed

Works well. had it professionally installed. We go this one for a round Kohler toilet. After 1 month still no complaints.
