Q: Is this item new, not used or refurbished?
A: I don’t accept that this is a new product. We ordered this and received a used scooter or else it was a very poorly refurbished scooter.

A: Honestly buy it try it out worse come to worse return it , Iv used it plenty of times just to have some fun and get from my front door to the car, it’s durable I’m 5’6 and the highest setup on the scooter reaches my waist so I’d say age doesn’t matter more of the height and weight
