I would have rated it as 5-stars but I had issues with my tile grout: I like how easy it is to use; the cord is super long, but it does tend to get in the way, the water steams off quickly so you will use a lot of distilled water; it's unbelievable how dirty my floor is, we don't wear shoes in the house but the pad is filthy every time I use it. I like being able to remove the base and steam hard to clean areas but because the unit is thick it is hard to reach under cabinets or smaller spaces (eg around toilet, under cabinet, door edges), Be careful if you have any type of grout epoxy/resin fillers, the steam has removed it. There was no warning in the manual, I read it twice to see if it should not be used on grout fillers, no mention of it. I even looked on line for direction but there is no mention of this. Now I have to remove the rest of the filler and replace it, lots of work but I have clean tiles.

Great product! Easy to use. Love the long cord, saved my hands and knees. Also very light, portable, and easy to maneuver. Brings new life to 20 year old grout!

I hemmed and hawed about buying yet another cleaning appliance, but I am so glad I did! Even with 3 pets in our house, our floors look amazing (for a little while anyway), and I'm so glad my pets don't have to step on and unwittingly ingest unhealthy cleaning chemicals. I have used it the mop on tile, cement, laminate, and also for spot cleaning on carpet. It wouldn't work well for an entire room of carpet, but it's great for little areas here and there. I didn't think I'd like the scent discs, but I really do. Leaves a nice fresh scent in the room.

I'm shocked, works and is easy. Floor looks new again finally. Tip; Change mop head whenever you put more water in the tank. Buy enough mop heads. Let mop cool before removing it gets very hot and will burn you. I never give 5 star quality to anything nothing is perfect.

I am so impressed!! I can’t believe how much dirt I got out of our vinyl tile flooring. Idk what kind of magic this is but it’s amazing!!! So easy to use. Not heavy. I like that there is a brush for the really tough corners. It comes with 2 pads and 2 scent rounds.

I never write reviews but i must say this is by far the best $100 dollars ive spent. I have a house full of kids ans lets say out floors are a bit neglected but this thing let me tell you is MAGIC. I have seen our floor thing clean since we bought our house 4 years ago. Its easy to use and light weight . The cord is really long and it reached all over my kitchen and living room. Best steam moo ever!

This is a life changer! I used to foolishly use a swiffer mop and once it broke, I decided: why not give a steam mop a try. Better for the environment too! I hate that I waited so long to look into a steam mop. I am extremely impressed by this thing. It takes just a few short moments to heat up and ready for use. Works great on wood floors, and more importantly bathroom tile floors! It cleaned out all the stubborn gunk stuck between the grout.. Me and my husband have been going crazy using this thing on everything. I high recommend this item

This steam mop is one of the weird things you get excited about as an adult! I’m usually the one that reads reviews not writes them. I did so much research before purchasing this steam mop. Our wood plank tile floors has grooves and I felt like I could never get it clean enough. I was even on my hands and knees at one point. This steam mop is amazing. It heats up super quick. The detachable brush lets me gets in the tile grooves and grout. The long cord doesn’t have me on a short leash and I don’t have to worry about a dead battery half way through. My floors have never been cleaner!

With a new grandchild crawling on the floor this concerned me greatly - enter Bissell Powerfresh Steam Mop! Our kitchen floor is large and it took time using the scrub attachment, but it was a pleasure to see years of dirt and grime coming off (that our old mop was just pushing around). I used towels to soak up the old dirt, then just threw them in the washing machine. Now the floor is as beautiful as the day the tile was installed! A photo attached shows the difference in the floor while steam cleaning it - it's even cleaner now after going back over a few spots, but this photo shows contrast. Now I often use the steamer for a quick (and sanitary) mopping of the floor. I have great confidence and satisfaction that our floor is clean and looks beautiful!

This mop is pretty impressive. We had a Shark that was giving out so I got this Bissell for my mom for Christmas. The mop pays for itself after 1 use. It completely cleans grout and the pad was completely brown when we first tried it from all the dirt the Shark wasn’t picking up. Our grout has remained clean since we first cleaned them with this mop. Really picks up dirt rather than just swishing it around. We hand scrubbed our grout when we first moved in and thought the floor was clean. Turns out the grout is a lot lighter than we thought.

We were really surprised how well this cleaned our tile grout.. The machine is very easy to use, we are very happy with this purchase..

My niece had to move into a new rental at the last minute. The tile floors had clearly not been cared for as the grout was pitch black. She has two small children and was devastated by the look. I bought this for her and was AMAZED at how quickly and easy it cleaned the grout. Picture shows after just one pass. You immediately tell the difference between the light gray and pitch, filthy black. It was SUPER quick. I don’t recommend if you need to do a whole house that had that amount of build up but definitely great for maintaining. We had it professionally cleaned to save time and she uses it monthly now. She loves it and her floors look and feel smooth and great!

I was very hesitant on buying a steamer. I've been using the swifter mop forever in smaller areas. Now that I moved into a home that is mostly tile I needed something more time efficient. I loved it! I only had to add water a second time but that got my entire house done. It also comes with small disk sheets that deodorize your home. Highly recommend it.

I was extremely excited to get this steam mop. Received it pretty fast but upon opening, I realized the water tank had water in it and was emptied out leaving a bit of water still in it. I called best buy right away as I wasn't even sure it was supposed to have water in it before hand. They sent me a new one overnight got it early the next morning. Opened it up to see once again water in the water tank. Did anyone else have this problem when they opened it? Is it supposed to already have some water in it?? I have to yet use it and I'm not calling a second time. So hopefully this is a regular thing and its supposed to have some water in it? Will update once I use it.

Love the simplicity and ease of steam cleaning my tile floors. Steam does an excellent job on the grout lines. I now have cut my floor cleaning time in half and I know my floors are spotless.

This is the only product that I was able to find that does an excellent job cleaning the small line spaces in my tile floor! I had a hard time finding something that would get the job done. I use it across my living room, kitchen, and dinning room. Easy to use right out of the box. Hasn't given me any issues. I love it.

This is an amazing steam mop. I absolutely love how you can take off the head, and use it to deep clean and scrub. It works really well to scrub the grout! I also love how it has the scent discs, when you mop it makes the whole house smell amazing! Super you see how you can wash the pads in the washer and dryer. I'm so happy that I got this over a shark. Would definitely recommend! Best purchase I've made.

This BISSELL - PowerFresh Deluxe is amazing. I thought the price was too low to make a difference. I’m hooked! The first time I used this easy product my floors looked amazing. So don’t judge a product due to the low price!

We bought the Bissell Steam Mop when we laid new tile in our kitchen and dining area. The Bissell Power Steam Mop works really well and very quickly gets the floor clean. It is quiet and easy to take care of. Very pleased.
