Purchased it for half off. A good price for my first smart vacuum. It is easy to program, but since I have a pet I have decided to only run it when I am home. When I run it daily it does a good job of keeping up in the kitchen and bedrooms with low pile carpets. It works a bit harder on thicket carpet, but keeps going. Always a good layer of dirt and dander on the filter after 60 minutes or so. I dehair the brush, empty the dirt bin and shake the filter outside after every use. I have rinsed the filter a few times. I'll probably be getting a replacement filter soon. I also switch the sweeper brushes at every cleaning so they don't keep getting bent in one way. In comparison to options on other smart vacs, I think the "mapping" of the area is unnecessary. I usually move chairs and small furniture around so the randomness of the bissell gets everywhere. I like the two brushes to sweep dirt in and reach in edges. low profile goes under most things. The brush is smaller than some, but as I heard another reviewer mention the smaller opening probably allows better suction. There are two suction settings, but I find that I use the lower settign to get longer run time. Could be a bit gentler when "bumping" into things. Plan on runnig it till it dies then move on up.

I couldn't be happier with this product. It picks up most items that it's suction valve can take. I have dogs and it sweeps up they are hair no problem. It picks up tiny food crumbs and dirt with no problem. The maneuverability is exceptional, although it is not perfect, it's still great at getting the job done. The upstairs of my house is roughly 800 ft.² and I can set my vacuum on timer for 45 minutes and they will cover majority of the upstairs. I also like how I can set the robot on a timer schedule. I let it automatically run for 30 minutes every day. I love the convenience of not having to sweep up my own house. It's not that I'm lazy I just see the robot vacuum as a way of getting my time back. Although this product is great and I would recommend it to my friends, there are a few things that I don't like about it. I wish it had a Smart phone app where I can control it from my phone. I also don't like what happens after your vacuum runs over liquid spots. Instead of cleaning the water spot, it usually just spreads it around, although there is some water that gets cleaned, it mainly it just spreads it around. Also hair tends to get stuck in the small crevices, so you'll have to clean it regularly.

This was my second choice, originally I had wanted the Roomba but because of availability I decided to go with this one instead. So far I have been pleased with its performance. Battery lasts for over an hour of constant running. The vacuum cleans consistently and picks up all the dust bunnies I miss when sweeping.

It took a few days of use to determine what obstacles were problems. Things like power cables on the floor, small toys, etc. should be moved or picked up. It tended to get trapped under a dining table and chairs, but I soon figured out how to arrange chairs to prevent that. Noise levels are high enough to interfere with watching TV or sleeping, so run it when you're not home when possible.

My husband did the review and he was pleased with what he found for the price he was willing to pay. I received this as a Christmas gift. I am fascinated by it. It does get hung up on floor registers and wires so you must try to move as much out of its way as possible. It does a great job of cleaning and usually does 4 rooms in about 45 minutes and then returns to recharge. I still vacuum with a regular vacuum once a week but otherwise use this vacuum Monday through Friday. We have 2 dogs and this vacuum does a great job in cleaning up fur. I love it!

It's not a bad little vacuum. If you have pets, probably won't be as efficient (I have two very sheddy dogs) but it sucks up dirt and hair like a pro...for half the price as the "other" guy.

Works as advertised. Exceptional performance on hard surfaces such as marble or wood flooring. It has an available high power setting, but I have found this is unnecessary to use in most cases because unit has more than ample power to clean effectively on the regular setting. Great product for keeping up with the daily dirt! Eliminates the need to use standard vacuum more than once every 2 to 4 weeks with regular use of this vacuum. Highly recommended. The dual brushes up front help to get the dirt out of corners more effectively than other more expensive units that only have one.

After perusing reviews online, i figured I'd give this guy a try. It is blind so i did not expect much but it does its job relatively well. Cleans hardwood aswell as the carpets. Only negative is its a bloody bumper car.... This guy will try and get under the same couch for half its cycle before coming out of dumb dumb mode. Now that said, when dumb dumb is off it cleabs rather well. For the price it's ok, not amazing but ok.

Compared with many others before purchasing this gem. What a pleasant surprise! This little machine is great. After bumping into things for about a week, it learned quickly where everything is. Don't have to worry about cleaning under dining and table tennis tables any more. Kitchen is super clean too. It is very thorough and picks up 100% of dirt and debris from the hard floor and 99% from low rugs/carpets. Very happy with this purchase over all.

If you have dogs or cats that shed a lot you will have to empty it a couple times a day. Considering it is half the cost of some of the others it is a small price to pay.

We have had 3 straight Neato robotvacs then this one. Though it cleans well enough it gets stuck often and is difficult to reset and get going again. The side brush also has already come off once.

Good vacuum, easy to clean but wish it had more setting options

Works well. Wish the debris canister was larger. Easy to use

Cleans pretty good & easy to use. I couldn't get it to go back to the docking station but not a big deal.

Overall, a family had one and spoke highly of its work. Programming is easy and the machine is off to do it's work. Honestly, the house can easily be recognized as being cleaned. However, Device can take multiple runs to really do a good job, but it's no trouble since it has a rechargeable battery.

This vacuum works well. We have all hardwood floor and a dog that sheds a lot...in addition to a crawling baby! So we definitely needed this, and it didn't disappoint. Love that it puts itself back on the charger. One negative is that it is louder than I expected, but then again, it is a vacuum.

It took awhile to set up but now he runs at night. A little noisy but does not bother me during the day. I choose night to wake up to clean. Good power and moves easily from carpet to tile. But I have low carpet/ Berber carpet.

I was super excited to get a robot vacuum for the house. I have all hard wood. I started it up and to my surprise it didn't work as well as it sounded. I even placed dirt in front of it to "test" no luck. I returned it same day. It did move around on both the rugs to hardwood without issue.

Just need something that picks up dig hair and this works perfect for that. No issues going between hardwood, carpet, and tile.

Purchased for my mother as a gift. She has a foul pooch that sheds like no tomorrow and this thing keeps up pretty well.
