I've used three other antivirus programs, I wanted to try bitdefender since my current antivirus is expiring soon. I'm impressed by the user interface as seen in the pictures. During installation it gave me a warning about my processor being too slow (i3 second gen), however, it seems to be running quite smooth and a bit faster than my previous software. I like the installation process as it is not complex and it guides you step by step. I had to restart my pc which is something the software did not prompt me to do during installation. As scanning speed I have not notice any difference compared to my previous software. Ability to detect viruses I can't comment yet since I haven't come across one yet... and hopefully won't anytime soon. It has an autodetect feature as others I've use so nothing new there. So far it has been a good switch. It gets four stars because there are no utilities such as pc tuner in this version, for those options the Total version is the right choice. It would be nice if it gave the choice of adding individual utilities.

I used to have Kaspersky for a long time, and decided on the switch. Did extensive research and decided on Bitdefender products. I have used this product for the last 4 years and have nothing but great things and experience about Bitdefender. Also, cannot beat the price compared to Kaspersky.

The product was easy to install. I also found that it doesn't use a lot of resources to run or bog down the machine like my last anti-virus. No complaints about the product, however, I wish that I would have bought the version that will install on Mac's.

I've had bitdefender for a few years now and i love the service. Sometimes the updates can be a bit of a nuisance when im trying to do something in a hurry but other than that its protected my computer many times.

I purchased Bitdefender Internet security who was running slow after installation I scan my computer it fixed it from a virus trojan, now my laptop is running better.

This software provided me with the protection I needed for my new computer. Easy to install and has been great so far.

Bitdefender is a great product... Great price and easy to work with and install. Great technical support.

I had Trend Micro on Geeksquad yearly automatic renewal, but on our older (2014?) Windows 7 home desktop computer, it crashed each time i tried to install new 2019 version. After numerous attempts by Geeksquad, it was determined Trend Micro no longer covers Windows7(not compatible), so we went to Webroot, which was recommended by Geeksquad. It seems faster and doesn’t bog down computer. The $30 yearly price is very reasonable. It also is highly rated by other resources, so should hold up well in years to come.

I have been using Bitdefender for years. This is the best anti-virus software on the market period.

awesome antivirus i would recommend to friends and family. if have purchase many items from best buy and have been satisfy with all products. Only had to return 1 items because items was to small for my phone. This was my first time purchasing bitdefender internet security and i was surprise of how good it works and also surprise you can use it on three devices. Keep the also products coming.

As an IT specialist I see many different antivirus programs. If you are a small business personal use individual...It is the best antivirus protection on the public market. Consistent, dependable and runs great...you will be glad you have peace of mind with this product

This product was very easy to install and also very easy to use. I would definitely recommend this software.

This is my first time using bit defender. I really like the UI and it seems to get high scores on independent testing sites. I was coming from Norton, and Norton actually is slightly lighter on system resources than this is, but it's not terrible. So far, so good, I don't have any problems, have been using it for two months.

good sale price & great product but the BITDEFENDER TOTAL SECURITY product offers an OPTIMIZER program that is not included (for some strange reason) in this slightly lower version. TOTAL does cover 5 devices whereas this internet security only covers 3 items & i was OK with tis but after buying & install is when i noticed no optiimizer program in their "utilities" section of the program.

i got bitdefender because my virus software would not update. i asked the salesperson at best buy what was the best and he gave me this. and so far its working ok. it was easy to install and they (best buy) told me it uses less resources than most virus software so my computer should be a lil faster. working great so far.

I've used Norton, McAfee, Kaspersky and now Bitdefender. I like Bitdefender b/c it is easy to use and set up, but also is rated highest now among the internet security programs. It is now my go-to internet security software.
