The installation of Bitdefender was quick and easy. I just had to go to the website in the installation card and the instructions on the card itself were accurate and simple to follow. On a 140 Mbps download speed, it took a little under 30 seconds to download the client. After the client downloaded the software, Bitdefender installed itself onto my PC and informed me that I needed an update for it. The update did take about 3 minutes, but after that it was up and running. The key feature of security software is that it can defend up to 5 devices for 1 price and can all be managed remotely with the mobile app, including both Android and iOS. The performance this software is superb! The installation was quick on my first device, a Windows 10 PC. After the installation was done, the options to add further devices was presented to me. I chose the Mac option and a field box appeared to enter my email address that I could open in a mac to directly download the necessary files to secure my Mac. The process, again, was quick and easy. From there, I installed the app on my iOS and was able to see both of my previously installed devices plus had the option to install parental security on the mobile phone. The software meets my expectations. With the app, I have a peace of mind knowing that I can keep track of my devices from anywhere that I am. I often leave my computers at home on because I have them working in the background with large video files that take time to export or upload. With the app, I can monitor my home devices remotely. I appreciate that Bitdefender Total Security didn’t make me buy different softwares for my Mac and my PC. All with one code, I can protect any 5 devices of my choice. The price for peace of mind is more than affordable and worth the value. As a gamer, I appreciate the fact that it comes with game mode so that it doesn’t interrupt the installation or function of my games. When in work mode, any software that I install or am using continues functioning as it should. It even installs extensions to protect you while live-browsing the net in case you go into a website that could prove disastrous to you. I highly recommend this product for people who are interested in protecting multiple devices regardless of whether you want total control (which it gives you) or don’t understand how it may protect you, as there is an autopilot mode that, after installation, doesn’t require you to have much input and it will do most of the heavy lifting in the background for you.

So far so good i have used this for over a week and have had no issues with my PC. The real test is when i guess is if i get a virus on my system. This is nice to have and that i can use it for 5 of my devices. The home screen is easy to use and is a nice set up. The functions of telling me who is on and what sites they have been on is nice to know. It does scan your PC when you open it have shows what is going on with your system. You can't really tel how well a security system works until it detects something. But for now overall i like it.

I was very impressed with initial use of BitDefender. Of course, this is the first time I am using BD. I have been using three major anti virus and malware software for years. Providing IT Support is part of my living. Therefore, I was eager to test BitDefender. Pros: + Takes less system resources and doesn't make your system slower + Easy to install Cons: - Doesn't block malware websites (see 1 below) - Doesn't allow you to login with social media accounts on mobile versions. (see 2 below) 1. I have tested a known site for injecting malware on PCs. Interestingly I found that Bitdefender actually blacklisted this site/server. But I was amazed to see I was still being attacked by this site while Bitdefender was still "working" (supposed to be). Check the screenshots. 2. If you signed up for Bitdefender account using your social media account, such as google/facebook good luck signing on a mobile device after installing. There is no option to sign in using social media account on mobile application. I would not recommend Bitdefender at its current stage.

Easy to install! Does not slow down my laptop or cell phones! Highly recommend!

Purchased as replacement for another internet security product. Unfortunately, did not read close enough, and after installing on my windows 7 computer, I discovered that I could not install on my other two Windows XP systems. So far, seems to be working okay on the windows 7 system. The one drawback is that when using SafePay, you cannot print banking or purchase confirmations - very irritating as I do want my confirmations

Bitdefender is one the best AV money can buy. I love the autopilot feature the software it uses. I turn on autopilot and I don't have to worry about a thing. I really like how the software doesn't slow down the computer this was a major thi by I looked at when I was purchasing an AV.

We already have this on our computer. Our subscription is almost over. Snagged a sale on this very good price. Couldn't pass it up.

i've gone through at least four other antivirus programs, each with pros and cons, and this one is just another to try. so far it has met all the needs of my pc. good program.

I've been using bitdefender for years and this product does very well with my mac. I will be installing this on my windows device

So far I like this security suite. I think it is better than Kaspersky if you ask me. It does not give me a hard time as out reviewers have mentioned, but then again it has only been like 3 weeks. But so far no issues.

I actually bought it for my brother but so far didn't hear any complains from him. He speaks very highly of this product. When my AV going to expire I will get the same one for myself.

This program was recommended to me by a friend and so far I really like it. It has a seemingly small footprint and is easy to use and customize. I like it much better than Webroot and McAfees.

I switched to bitdefender a few years back after my previous software seemed to affect the laptop speeds. Bitdefender works well and is very minimal on respurces.

I have tried other anti-x products but Bitdefender is the best I have ever used. It is easy to use, works great all the time, and is also a good value ( 5 devices ! ).
