Stopped working after a month of use!

While the unit was pretty quiet and powerful, it stopped blowing cold air after only a month of use. Currently being issued a new unit as I’m past the 30 days money back guarantee. :(

This portable a/c until actually works pretty well. My issue is with the seller. I did not realize when I placed my order that it was coming from a 3rd party and not directly from Best Buy. I wish this was more clearly marked by Best Buy bc I feel it was misleading & i would not have ordered it had i known. We waited a month for this to be delivered with no communication. I received a canned reply anytime I reached out.
