Stopped working after a month of use!
While the unit was pretty quiet and powerful, it stopped blowing cold air after only a month of use. Currently being issued a new unit as I’m past the 30 days money back guarantee. :(

Product works fine but took way too long to arrive
This portable a/c until actually works pretty well. My issue is with the seller. I did not realize when I placed my order that it was coming from a 3rd party and not directly from Best Buy. I wish this was more clearly marked by Best Buy bc I feel it was misleading & i would not have ordered it had i known. We waited a month for this to be delivered with no communication. I received a canned reply anytime I reached out.

Portable AC worth it!
This AC unit is very quiet, efficient and would buy it over and over again. The prices to me isn’t expensive and worth every penny!
