Q: The crumb tray won't slide into the bottom of the toaster oven. I've tried repeatedly. There's nothing in the instructions regarding this.

A: Thank you for your question. With the door closed the crumb tray will slide into a small opening on the undercarriage of the toaster oven. There is a lip on one side of the crumb tray. This lip should be facing away from the door when the tray is inserted.

Q: Does the exterior get hot or is it cool touch when in use. The oster I purchased previously was like a ball of fire on my counter. Hoping this one is not

A: It gets hot, that is the nature of all of these small countertop ovens. While in use, the glass will get very hot, the top will generally be rather hot and uncomfortable to touch while the element is on, but not burn anything and cool down fairly quickly once the element is off. The vents on the side and back will also get very hot.

Q: Will a 9x13 baking dish fit inside this oven

A: A 9x13 cookie sheet fit. The pyrex glass dish did not fit because of handles. 9x13 pan fit.

Q: In the description it doesn't have the oven wattage or anything about the sizes, length width height

A: Wattage: 1500W Exterior: 21 1/2" wide, 14 1/2" deep, 11 3/8" tall Baking rack: 11" x 16" Air fryer rack: 11" x 14 1/2" Weight: around 14-15 lbs. I tried weighing it with my bathroom scale, so this may be off just a little, but it is light and easy to move around.

Q: Where is this made? Does using the air fryer make more splatter inside the oven?

A: I haven't found it to create more splatter, but sometimes it can drip onto the pan below (I think it's why they provide a pan below). The basket for frying is sort of like a screen, so unless you line it with foil (and I can't vouch for whether this would affect the frying action), you may have some oil (or cheese, or whatever) dripping. Just plan in advance and it shouldn't be an issue.
