Q: Is this compatible with hooded models of the 22" griddle? Or would the hood need to be removed?
A: You can use it on most models that come with a hood because the hood is attached to the griddle plate. When using the conversion kit, you remove the griddle plate. A: The stone on this pizza oven conversion is only 15" so a 16" pizza would be a little too large. We would recommend going a little smaller than that for the best results.
