About this product

Finnish powerhouse Bloodred Hourglass return with their seventh studio album, We Should Be Buried Like This, a bold and unrelenting statement from a band that has steadily evolved into one of the most commanding forces in modern death metal. Bloodred Hourglass have long stood out for their ability to merge the ferocity of thrash and groove metal with the immersive soundscapes of metalcore, alternative metal, and melodic death. Their music is as dynamic and emotionally resonant as it is heavy and entertaining - a mix that has earned them critical acclaim, a devoted international fanbase, and a reputation for explosive live performances. On We Should Be Buried Like This, the band takes their darkest, most unfiltered turn yet. Described as Incha work of end-time songs,Inch this album does not aim to comfort or explain. It's a raw, confrontational piece built around the slow erosion of hope, the fading of love, the repetition of generational mistakes, and a world defined by self-obsession, disconnection, and indifference. Guest appearances and fresh sonic elements are woven throughout, yet the band remains firmly rooted in the signature style they've spent years perfecting. The deluxe CD version includes Live With St. Michel Strings on disc two. Album Tracks 1. The Crown Is Permanent 2. We Should Be Buried Like This 3. Royally Done 4. Chasing Shadows 5. Dance of the Dandelions 6. God Has Favourites 7. Mirage 8. Frail 9. Shun the Limelight 10. Vividus 11. Waves of Black 12. Times We Had 13. Valkyrie 14. Leaves 15. My Prime of Kneel 16. Until We Meet Again 17. The End We Start from 18. Fragile

Sightless Pit is the project of duo Lee Buford (The Body) and Dylan Walker (Full of Hell). Buford and Walker are born collaborators, known for their ability to subvert musical expectations, transcend genre and plunge headlong into the unknown. Across the album, the two highly inventive musical omnivores are buoyed by an astounding menagerie of eclectic and celebrated collaborators including Gangsta Boo (Three 6 Mafia), YoshimiO (Boredoms), Frukwan (Gravediggaz), Claire Rousay, Midwife, Lane Shii Otayonii (Elizabeth Colour Wheel), Foie Gras, and more. Their work with the likes of Thou, Uniform, Merzbow, and Nothing, taken together with their The Body & Full of Hell albums, have established each as singular voices and masterful alchemists of heavy music. The duo shares an affection for rhythm-based beat music, disparate electronic genres, dub, as well as darkly-hued atmospheric ambience. Lockstep Bloodwar exceeds expectations by stunningly combining the noise and confrontational posturing they are both well known for with pulsing and kaleidoscopic electronic samples, drum machines, and grizzled synths.1 Resin on a Knife (feat Midwife)2 Calcified Glass (feat YoshimiO & Gangsta Boo)3 Flower to Tomb (feat Lane Shi Otayonii)4 Lockstep Bloodwar5 Low Orbit (feat Frukwan & Industrial Hazard)6 False Epiphany (feat claire rousay)7 Shiv (feat Crownovhornz)8 Morning of a Thousand Lights9 Futilities (feat Foie Gras) Album Tracks 1.
