Make sure OS 13 will work with your provider.

Actually loved this product but can't recommend it because it wouldn't work with my carrier which required OS 14. So could text, go online, etc. but couldn't make or receive voice calls. Other than that, if your servicer provider is backwards compatible with Android OS 13, would be an amazing buy. Be aware that Best Buy charges a $45.00 restocking fee. It doesn't say so in your cart nor does it have you acknowledge that fact, but if you go looking for that info you will eventually find it.

Best Buy's BLU G73L: Slowest phone on the market.

This phone is unbelievably slow. You select email, or internet, and it searches, and searches, and searches...then it hooks up...then it slowly loads, and loads, and loads. It has the technology of a cheap 1990 phone.
