About this product
Over ten songs and 30 minutes, Bokassa is as diverse as ever on their new full length InchAll Out of DreamsInch. The power trio offers everything from riffy stoner metal in InchBradford Death SquadronInch, almost progressive skatepunk in InchNo More Good DaysInch, 45 seconds of metallic hardcore in InchEveryone Fails In The EndInch to laid-back Izzy Stradlin bottle neck-riffing on the desert rocker InchGung HoInch. Not to mention the hooky and anthemic title track. In other words, the band has not become less fond of mixing genres over the years! In an age where everything sounds the same, it has also always been important to Bokassa that each record is sonically different from the previous one. Therefore, they have been very conscious of how this record should sound. Where, for example, the debut InchDivide & ConquerInch had a noisy soundscape and 2021's InchMolotov RocktailInch had a more playful and bigger rock sound, InchAll Out Of DreamsInch has a slightly more raw metallic sound. This can clearly be seen in the conscious choice to go for a snare drum sound that brings to mind 90s metal, rock and punk ala Clutch, Helmet, Therapy? or The Vandals' InchLive Fast DiarrheaInch, too name a few.

![The Paranoid Critical Revolution - Death of the Cool - COMPACT DISCS [CD]](https://pisces.bbystatic.com/image2/BestBuy_US/images/products/fea80546-40be-430f-9157-2d5439d42392.jpg;maxHeight=422;maxWidth=264?format=webp)
The Paranoid Critical Revolution, the project of guitarist Reg Bloor, has been playing the NYC and Northeast club scene since 2006. The self-released debut CD 'Death of the Cool' came out in December 2007 just in time to play ALL TOMORROW'S PARTIES, 'A Nightmare Before Christmas' in Minehead, England. The band played at the South By Southwest Music Festival in March 2009. Their second CD 'Euphobia' was released in 2010. In addition to PCR, Guitarist Reg Bloor has been playing with Glenn Branca (to whom she is married) since 2000. She played in Branca's Symphony No. 12, Lesson No. 3, his rock band Branca/Bloor, in his trio, eventually becoming Concertmaster for his Symphony No. 13 for 100 Guitars. She can be heard on Branca's new CD 'The Ascension The Sequel' and recently performed as part of the world premier of his Symphony No. 15 'Running Through The World Like An Open Razor' (Music for Strange Orchestra) in NYC. In the late 90's she was a founding member of the Boston-based band TWITCHER, who released the self-produced CD 'Leg of Lamb of God' in 1999 and appeared on the soundtrack for the Troma film 'Terror Firmer'. The album also features drummer Libby Fab who has since left the band. 'Seething with treble, technically formidable, and crashingly dissonant, Paranoid Critical Revolution was another of those acts that create far more of a racket than would seem possible for a two piece.' Nate Dorr - Impose Magazine 'It's like part black metal, part no wave, and part nuclear holocaust.' MP Lockwood - No Core 'Viscerally powerful, musical, precise. Their wordless 'songs' followed each other rapidly, no time or anything else was wasted.' Ken Weathersby - The Neutral 'EVIL guitar / drum sickness, a phenomenally loud shrieking beast...instrument as pure apocalypse.' Cloudboy - Rottenmeats 'Whoa. That was pretty intense, to say the least.' Mike Watt - The Watt From Pedro

Themes For Dreams marks another left turn for Chicago-based musician, composer, and producer Will Miller, finding him at his most meditative, patient, and intentional. Across 13 gorgeous and strikingly cohesive tracks, the album eschews drums in favor of immersive melodies that float, dissipate, and linger. It's an album meant for rest, with arrangements so welcomely enveloping they feel like a warm blanket. While it's Miller's sparsest record yet, it still keeps his wildly collaborative ethos, enlisting guests like Marta Sofia Honer, Jeremiah Chiu, Macie Stewart, Matt Gold, William Corduroy, Molly Rife, and others.
