And then this wonderful phone appeared at Best Buy, i liked the texture like leather back, the camera it's 50mp..... it's practical, functional, has 5G, has good storage capacity, and isn't too heavy. In short, I loved it. Only don't come with Charger only with cable

It's amazingly fast for the Black Friday price I got this phone for, it's great! It has a hefty amount of storage and was easy to set up. I was honestly surprised with the high quality of the phone and have nothing but praise for it! I would recommend this 10/10 times to anybody.

The Geek squad was so inadequate I paid $60 and they couldn't manage to move my data from my old Boost phone to my new one. I am without Yahoo email where all my emails àre for work, picture didn't come over. It's a mess! I had to g9 back to my old phone. Agent Riley was the culprit. I'm at my wits end and want to return home I got from Best Buy and buy a home elsewhere. Extremely discouraging and disgusted by customer service!

Good basic android phone. I get frustrated when I transfer to a new phone. This phone has updated software and I need to learn how it works.

This phone has been nothing but problems. I ordered two, only received one. My child states "this phone crashes out" often, where the phone will glitch/freeze/or flash. The listing stated it was Android 14 - the phone we received was Android 14 (Go Edition) so the phone doesn't completely function. You are unable to use the timeline feature in Google, so in turn you are unable to do Google Surveys, which my kid does for in app purchases.
