Love it. It's super easy to use and very efficient. Quietest appliance in our house by far. The third rack and smart functions are a game changer.

This dishwasher does everything a great dishwasher should. When you put in a bowl with dried oatmeal stuck in it and it comes out sparkling - and i do mean sparkling - clean, you know you made the right choice. And this thing is beyond quiet. I find myself checking to be sure its actually running.

Great product, excellent customer service at store and installation

Very noisy. Our previous Bosch was much quieter. Also, the bottom rack configuration is challenging to put pots and pans on. Seems completely made for plates or small bowls, not larger pots.

This Bosch is replacing an old 500 series that was working, but on its last legs when we bought our house. The last one had a badly designed handle that failed due to broken plastic tabs. So we paid extra for this model with a solid handle. We've now had two failed installations, because of a faulty control panel - brand new out of the box. It's not the power on our side - it was working for the previous dishwasher, and the unit is getting power, just the control panel doesn't respond. The installers tested by plugging into a different outlet, and the issue was the same.
