Q: The stainless steel exterior shiny, dull or fingerprint resistant?

A: It has an excellent satin finish. Like any stainless steel, it can get smudged and need cleaning. The installers introduced me to Zep stainless steel cleaner, which works far better than other stainless steel cleaners I've used. The dishwasher has worked great, and the Zep cleaner has rejuvinated all my stainless steel appliances.

Q: Is the height of this dishwasher adjustable? If so, what is the height range?

A: The height is very adjustable. We raised ours at least 4 inches so it was flush with the built in space. It uses a very simple system with the two front legs are manually adjusted by hand, you slide it in it’s dpace, and then use a screwdriver in a single hole in the front to raise the back to even everything out. Very smart and easy

Q: what type of drying system does this dishwasher have? and how long are the wash cycles? what is the shortest time?

A: Hi bunzie, thanks for your question. Our Bosch dishwashers use a condensation drying system. You can find a full list of washing cycles and times in the use and care guide located on the bosch website.

Q: How big is the box it comes in?

A: Hi Shay, thank you for your question and interest in Model:SPX68B55UC. The box is approximately 34 1/8" H x 19 5/8" W x 28 9/16" D.

Q: How long does the wash cycle last?

A: The Auto is about 2 hours

Q: Does this model have a water softening system? The Overview mentions it but I see no information on it in the manual.

A: It does have a water softening system, but you have to load the softener. There is a notification when it is low/out.
