Eighteen months in, we have totally enjoyed this dishwasher and have had no issues with it. We especially love how quiet it is and the very top rack for silverware. My only critique is that with the countertop, we can't see how much time it has left because the panel is hidden by the edge of the countertop. It has a few quiet beeps when it is done. We sometimes run the 60 minute cycle because it is already getting full and we'll have a bunch more dishes after the meal is done. We do periodically fill up the rinse agent when the indicator gives the notification. Generally everything gets clean even without rinsing beforehand through we dump food waste in organic recycling container before putting the dish in the dishwasher. Occasionally, we'll see a bowl that had caked on stuff (like chili) and was in a position that it still has specks of food on it and we'll put it through the dishwasher again. With three teenagers, after I prepare dinner, I will often run the dishwasher (with breakfast and lunch dishes and the dishes I got dirty making dinner). Then we will unload it after supper and then run it again overnight with the supper and evening snack dishes. I don't put nonstick pans through it but I often put glass cooking pans, cooling racks, and baking pans in there if I have room because I like to do the least hand washing that I have to. I also put all our kitchen knives through it because I don't want to wash them by hand even though the knife manufacturer recommends it (but yes then I need to periodically sharpen them because they get dull but they would get dull anyway). My point is that with three teenagers and not going out to eat often but making our own meals at home, this dishwasher is a great help.

We replaced our old Bosch dishwasher that served us for 15 years and was still working but because of the age decided it was time. The choice was easy another Bosch, this time the 800 series with the towel handle. All we can say is Bosch hit a home run with the 800 series. It is very quiet and it cleans the dishes and silverware leaving them like new. It also cleans plastic just as good. We are really impressed with the drying of the Bosch 800 series as it really does dry plastic as good as they say it does. After you are using the dishwasher I recommend the door be left cracked open so it does not get musty. When you leave the door cracked open it allows the dishwasher to breathe. You will need to press the off indicator so it does not flash the display on the top of the door. We were happy with our 15 year old Bosch dishwasher but this new 800 series is even better. The install was easy and straight forward. One word of caution is Bosch uses a 3/4 inch water intake fitting, think of your garden hose. You will need to purchase a 90 degree dishwasher elbow at a hardware store. You need the 3/8 inch X 3/4 inch dishwasher elbow. Once you have the dishwasher elbow the install is easy and you can do it in about 30 minutes. We highly recommend the Bosch 800 series dishwasher.

Attractive, extremely quiet, excellent cleaning, plenty of room and compartments.

It was so worth waiting for the Bosch 800 series dishwasher to be in stock. This dishwasher does it's job of cleaning very well and the glassware and dishes are completely dry and spot free. A great feature is that this dishwasher is really quiet; you can't hear it running even when you are standing right in front of it. A pleasant surprise was how useful the third rack is for large utensils, flatware and ramekins. I'm so happy with this purchase!

Yes the cycle is a little long but worth it. It's virtually silent. Everything comes out spotless and clean with no water spots. Red light is super handy as you can't hear when it's done. Only thing to watch is red light goes off before it's done drying. So give it a few after the light goes off if u want completely dry. Was happy with best buy install. worth every penny! Was deciding between this and Samsung and glad I went with the Bosch. Only thing I dislike is it's not fingerprint resistant. So I have to windex evey cpl days. I don't mind though, it's worth it for a great dishwasher.

I love this dishwasher, it is so quiet that I have to lean against it just to make sure it is running. Gets the dishes really clean. I did have problems at first getting it installed by Best Buy. I was supposed have received a $100 gift card from BB for my trouble and I have yet to get it.

We love our new dishwasher thanks to Best Buy! We had originally ordered a similar model directly through Bosch 5 months ago only to find out the model was discounted after waiting for 3 months! We cancelled and ordered from Home Depot to also be disappointed by them when they informed us that our delivery would be delayed by 3 more weeks. Thank goodness Best Buy had this one available! It is so quiet and cleans our dishes so well with so many options. It also dries all of our dishes including our plastic containers surprisingly well using CrystalDry without the use of heat. The third rack for utensils is also very nice! We are very happy with this dishwasher and hope it lasts much longer than our short lived Maytag and Whirlpool ones we’ve had in the last 10 years.

So much quieter than our previous dishwasher. Dries well for us, a bit of water left over on the tops of coffee cups (upside down), but that’s about it. Amazing cleaning power and can tell that the machine is built to last. Beginning to see why Bosch is a highly recommended dishwasher brand!

I did a lot of research before I finally settled on this Bosch 800 series dishwasher. When I finally decided to purchase it, I went EVERYWHERE to find it, and no one had it in stock in February 2021. I was told it was due to the pandemic, and there was a 3-4 month waiting period. I was disappointed that I had to wait...but I am so glad I did!! This is by far, the BEST dishwasher!! It has so many wonderful features, not the least of which is how quiet it is. I can start a load at any time if the day, (not just at bedtime!), and can actually stand right next to it and carry on a conversation with my family. The dishes come out absolutely sparkling clean, and because there is no heating element element I can put plastic ware wherever it fits without fear of it melting or warping.

Love my dishwasher! It’s is so quiet sometimes I have to put my hand on the door to feel if it is running. There was a bit of a learning curve on running it. It could be me since I haven’t had a dishwasher in over 30 yrs. Loved opening the door for the first time and saw how shiny everything was.

Great dishwasher! We have had a few dishwashers in the last five years this one is the very quiet and does the best job. Dishes are always clean and dry, unit has a nice sleek design. It is worth the money.

Very quiet!! This is our second Bosch dishwasher. Only upgraded because of remodel/color change And gave the older one to A family member and they are thrilled!!!

Everyone recommended this brand of dishwasher and it hasn’t not disappointed yet. The delivery and install were seamless. I am so happy that I splurged and got a Bosch. It goes above and beyond expectations. I will do anything I can to maintain this beauty.

The dishwasher is great so far. Unfortunately when it was installed one of the mounting screws was not flush and it scratched the start button on the control panel. We were informed by the installation company that Best Buy would contact us in the coming days. Three weeks later and we have yet to hear from Best Buy. When you make a purchase you expect corresponding customer service. We were extremely disappointed.

It cleans the dishes quite well. It's almost ethereally quiet. It has adjustable racks and a special shelf for those large or weird shaped utensils. The only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is the extraordinarily difficult curve in learning how to use the controls. it's ridiculously complicated. I simply can't understand why an appliance that is otherwise so well designed forces you to run to the manual every time you want to turn it on. Fix that and it would be near perfect. I assume we will eventually conquer the learning curve but man , it has been a pain in the neck.

I purchased this dish washer a month ago as a replacement to a Kenmore. I was disappointed in the Kenmore because we had only owned it 7 years and had to replace about every part in it over that time. I wanted something with good reviews and had heard good things about the Bosch brand of dishwashers. This dishwasher is very quiet, does a great job of cleaning the dishes. I love the red light that shines on the floor to let you know it's running. I love the features this has. I do feel the inside has less space than my Kenmore did, but I think that is because this machine has a lot more insulation around it to make it quieter. I don't really mind. It does come with a top shelf that holds silverware. I opted to take that out because I prefer to put my silverware in the tray in the bottom wrack. Taking it out allowed me the room to put taller cups/glasses on the top shelf. It could easily be put back if I choose to. Overall, this is a great machine, is super quiet, and does a great job at cleaning. Its not super expensive nor is it super cheap, rather middle of the road as far as features go. I was able to use a coupon and got it for under $1000 which was great. I would recommend!
