Good case to charge earbuds. The case comes with the bose earbuds but I lost mine and needed a new case.

Hi Adam - if any part of your setup (earbuds, case and mobile device) isn't connecting, this doesn't necessarily indicate a faulty case. I would recommend re-syncing the buds and case, and also rebooting your mobile device. Our support team will also be happy to help you, if needed.
