Speakers of this size are hard to bring full sound to a space. This little guy does just that. Full and clean sound in a tight little package. I used it on a hike, at the beach, and while cleaning out the garage. It's a great sound for your personal space. I tried out the other speakers at this size, like the Sony, JBL and Klipsch. JBL is the only one that came close. It's definitely waterproof. Went on a 6-hour hike, and 3 hours of it was downpouring. My advice it go to the store and test them out for your self. I tried to do the whole YouTube thing and hear people testing them out but its just not the same sound. Remember, everyone has a personal preference for sound. I like EDM, Alternative, classic rock, and some R&B. The bass is sufficient for me, while keeping the other tunes in check to maintain a clean sound. Oh, and the clip is plenty sturdy for strapping to a backpack, beach umbrella or gararge door, or frame on a bike. The only negative is that it's a micro-USB not USB-C. Also, I believe the Bluetooth version is older, so you don't get as much of distance as others. But again, at this size it meant for your personal space not a party.

I’ve had a couple Bose speaker and this little beast is no exception to their great reputation! I use this in the morning when I’m getting ready or snap it into my caddy so that I get get extra energized while in the shower. Using it everyday, you would think would ware the charge, but I can get away with charging once every 3 to 4 weeks or so-maybe longer! It packs a lot of sound for a small space but isn’t overwhelming. And the size makes it super travel friendly!

I bought the little Bose SoundLink Micro Portable Bluetooth speaker as a "temporary fix" when I purchased a turntable to play my old LPs. I didn't know the turntable didn't come with speakers and I hadn't done any research so I got the little Bose speaker to use until I could figure which "real" speakers to buy. That was more than a month ago and I'm still using the little Bose speaker because it has great sound and excellent range. The audio is crisp, with a rich sound and deep bass. Sound quality is great at low volume, but if I have to turn the volume up I don't hear any distortion or loss of quality. I've since used it for its intended purpose: portability, and I love it for that, too. The Bluetooth pairing to my iPhone or my turntable was easy and painless. The only downside I'd say is the charging cord is very short. But the battery holds a long long charge, so that's good. (specs say 6 hour charge) I use it out by the pool and although I haven't tested it, reviews say it is waterproof - a bonus!

There's a lot of Bluetooth speakers out there that are much less expensive. But none of them sound as good, look as good, or attach as securely to your backpack, etc...as this Bose. Great for hikes (attaches to numerous places on the average backpack). It's water resistant and the battery lasts about six hours, The bass is pretty impressive. You can also simply set it on its back on a coffee table, and the bass bounces off the surface and creates a nice crisp, clear sound. Just get it on sale for $69 (once in a while it goes that low) and it's definitely worth that much.

Bose continues its quality in this mini speaker. The sound is excellent, the connection Bluetooth is perfect. I have been a lover of Bose for years and it continues to deliver. There is a huge bass sound and the audio is loud enough for any situation or small listening group. The controls are easily accessible and once paired it recognizes those devices instantly. This speaker was well worth the price and it is designed as described. I also purchased the case in the same midnight blue color which is a perfect combo. I would highly recommend this speaker if you're looking for a mini speaker reasonably priced, portable and quality.

I am super in love with my boss speaker. While it is portable , it remains in my bathroom as I am serious shower taker. I initially chose it as it seemed to have the’ crispest ‘ sound after my sound test in the store. The audio *could* be better but for the size it is pretty good. I downloaded the accompanying app and I can turn the speaker on and off via my phone. I like how the speaker voice prompt tells me of the battery levels upon powering it on and the battery life is rather well as I probably only have to charge once a week. It also charges rather quickly .I am totally keeping this speaker !

I bought this speaker in a desperate moment when my old bluetooth hands free calling device decided to give up the ghost early one morning. I needed to get a new device as soon as the store was open. I looked through the few they had in stock, and this one, although expensive, seemed like the best way to go. The sound quality is of course great, its Bose, the package is small and the battery lasts all day+. It hooks up to 2 cell phones at once. The controls are straight forward and the body of the speaker is rubbery so it generally stays put. That leads me to the drawbacks. There is no visor clip to hang the speaker. The rubber strap on the back of the unit is to small to attach the unit on anything. I realize it's made for backpack straps, but a little more give or adjustability would have made a big difference. As far as using it for calls, my end is great but people have had trouble hearing me in certain situations like on the highway at 75. Not a game ender but a little annoying. Overall I like the speaker. I'm gonna work on fashioning a visor clip, or some type of gluing to the dash of the truck. Don't regret the purchase, just need to work out a few bugs. But good speaker.

Having owned the Bose SoundLink Micro Portable Bluetooth Speaker for over three years now, I can't help but sing its praises. This is actually my 3rd purchase of the same speaker and what sets it apart is its ability to connect multiple speakers together, creating a surround sound experience that's simply fantastic. You get what you pay for. That’s why it pays to get a bows over any of the other small Bluetooth speakers out there. The bass is perfect. The midrange and highs are there too. I clip mine to the shoulder harness of my 5.11 backpack and it fits very secure. It’s also water resistant, making it the perfect tool for taking a hike. Well worth the $99!!

I bought this speaker to attach to my URB-E scooter and it works great. I don't like riding with headphones so this let's me hear some music while I cruise at the beach or in the bike lane. Small speaker but the sound is big even outdoors and very portable. You won't find a louder speaker at this size and at this price

Excellent portable speaker with punchy bass. The Bose app is useful for customizing the equalizer and connectivity is also butter smooth. I bought an open box item in excellent condition from best buy and that was a great deal.

Great sound quality as expected from bose. Like that the eq is adjustable in the app. Just hope it doesn't end up like my 3yo soundlink flex, non usable ONLY due to the usb port wearing out (part of it pulls out of the housing.. looked it up and its a common problem with that model) havent used it a whole lot, its bigger than expected but, got a great deal on open box ($252 vs the retail $399 for the tiniest little scuff you can barely see to the right of the bose insignia)
