A: Hello FRD. The UB20 II brackets will work with the speakers that come with the Acoustimass V system. The bracket comes with the slide bracket that attaches to the slide in slots. The slide bracket can be attached to the wall, but not to the ceiling. With the UB20 II, you would not need the AC-2 adapter.
