About this product
The 52mm Video Filter Kit with UV, CPL, and FL-D Filter is a comprehensive solution for enhancing your photography and videography results. This kit includes a 52mm UV - Ultra Violet Filter, a 52mm Circular Polarizer Filter, and a Fluorescent (FL-D) Filter, each designed to serve a unique purpose. The Bower UV Protector Filter, a clear, general-use filter, is designed to absorb ultraviolet light and minimize the bluish cast often seen in daylight photography. This filter proves particularly beneficial when shooting at high altitudes or near bodies of water. While it doesn't add any coloration or contrast, it can be paired with other filters for a more customized effect. Beyond its light-filtering capabilities, the UV filter serves as a protective shield for your lens, guarding against dust, moisture, and potential scratches.Next in the kit is the 52mm Circular Polarizer Filter. This Bower Linear Polarizer Filter is engineered to reduce reflections and glare by filtering out sunlight that has become partially polarized due to reflection off air molecules. This process clears up haze in distant landscapes and enhances the saturation of skies and foliage. The linear polarizer is ideal for use with manual cameras, such as view cameras, that don't rely on internal mechanisms for focus or metering settings. It is most effective when used at a 90-degree angle from the sun.Lastly, the Fluorescent (FL-D) Filter is designed to correct the green cast that can occur when shooting under fluorescent lamps with daylight tubes. This filter effectively restores the natural colors of your subjects, ensuring accurate and vibrant results. In summary, the 52mm Video Filter Kit with UV, CPL, and FL-D Filter is a versatile toolset for photographers and videographers seeking to enhance their work's quality and clarity.
