703 S3 now features our iconic Tweeter-on-Top configuration, transforming its ability to render detail and space. That breakthrough, plus its decoupled FST Continuum cone midrange driver– enhanced by the addition of our revolutionary Biomimetic Suspension – combine to make 703 S3 an exceptional loudspeaker. Its twin Aerofoil Profile bass drivers mean it can fill even the largest rooms with full bodied, realistic sound.

• Carbon Dome Tweeter: Carbon Dome tweeters deliver a dramatic improvementon the aluminium double dome tweeter, raising the breakup threshold to 47kHz, for pinpoint imaging accuracy and detail. The closest performance to our Diamond Dome Tweeters.
• Solid Body Tweeter: Our redesigned Solid Body Tweeter-on-Top housing. A more elongated form incorporates a longer tubeloading system to produce an even more free and open sound. The decoupled housing is milled from a single solid block of aluminium to better resist resonance.
• Continuum Cone: Continuum is a woven composite that blends control with flexibility. The result is breathtaking clarity. Hear voices, guitars and bass instruments with precision and transparency.
• Biomimetic Suspension: Biomimetic Suspension revolutionises midrange cone performance by greatly reducing the unwanted air pressure and coloration that a conventional fabric spider can generate. The result? Midrange transparency you wouldn’t believe possible.
• Decoupled Midrange: The Continuum midrange driver is mounted on a shock absorber, ensuring minimal interference from the operation of the loudspeaker’s bass drivers. Less noise means greater clarity.
• Aerofoil Bass: Advanced computer modeling carbon fiber and a syntactic core are used to produce a cone with maximum stiffness where it’s needed most. This optimised shape means the cone displays pistonic behaviour further up the audible range, producing precise, controlled and utterly lifelike bass.
• Curved Baffle: This allows the midrange and bass drivers to be located in individual housings that sit proud of the speaker baffle. When combined with the curvature of the structure, this approach reduces the audible impact of the cabinet, creating a cleaner, more open and more immersive sound.
