As an iPhone user jumping to another headphone always brings fears of how much are you gonna to have to sacrifice. Nothing can ever do more for you than the IOS devices. But if you only looking for key things… comfort, sound, ANC, and cost then the doors open up for you. The bowers and Wilkins px7 s2 are easily the second best headphone on the market today. It won’t do more than the ios device does but things like , comfort, sound, battery life, and looks are areas where the Px7 S2 steps up and beats all others in most and equals them in others. The b/w shocked me with just how good they felt on my head and ears. They cup around my ears without any touching of the driver. With that comes amazing sound quality , soundstaging, and powerful yet high quality. For me, the build of the S2s are much higher than I thought. The hinge movement are the best I’ve ever felt. I love the black chevlar look as well. I think I might have found the headphone going with me to my next business trip flight.

I was hesitant getting this headphones but im impressed on how well the headphones are. Great detail and quality of making. Love the physical control button and the NC is far more than expected. Easy to connect wirh the app or without it. Im happy with the purshase.

Stylish design with premium materials that feel and look better than anything else in its price point. Sophisticated, mature, neutral sound. More of an audiophile headphone than a head banger but you can turn the bass up if you desire. ANC not as good as some competitors, but their sound does not come near the quality of the Bowers and Wilkins. Great battery life.

The Bowers & Wilkins PX7 S2 headphones are an absolute game-changer! The active noise cancelling is not the best, but it handles most noise. The sound quality is crystal clear, delivering an immersive audio experience. Unlike other high-end wireless ANC headphones, these have convenient physical buttons that make controlling the audio playback a breeze. Before purchasing these, I tried the Airpod max, Bose 700, Sony XM4, XM5 and Sennheiser Momentum 3 and 4. If you're considering these headphones, then you've probably considered these others as well. All are great headphones, but the main question is "am I more concerned about noise cancellation or sound quality?" The Sony XM5 take the top spot for their ability to cancel out sound, but sound quality is more important to me. The Px7 S2 do a great job at cancelling out ambient sound, but not as good as the XM5. However, their sound quality and soundstage are just so much better than the other headphones mentioned above. I use them exclusively on airplanes, and listen to a variety of music, mainly instrumental, relaxing piano or jazz (not loud rock). Even at low volume levels, the sound is incredibly enjoyable and relaxing despite the slight hum of the plane's engines. When I look around the plane and see only Bose, Sony or Beats, I smile and am so glad to have found these gem's of airplane travel. They are like having your own personal concert hall and I actually look forward to getting on a plane now. One additional note. Purchase an external DAC/amplifier, and this will take these already excellent headphones to another level. I use the Topping NX4, but FiiO, Schiit and Xduoo all make DAC's under $200. You'll have to use a cable (no longer wireless), but absolutely worth it if you enjoy sound. A portable DAC will even fit inside the case (see picture).
