Very clear, dynamic sound, in its own class
If you haven't listened to one then you should if you want the best speaker / dock / airplay device in its class. You can even dock an iPad on it, but we use the airplay mode more which leaves the door wide open. We open Youtube, Pandora, Netflix through the iPad and have excellent sound throughout the Bowers and Wilkins Zep!!! Put together a play list and let its tone whisper into your eyes, or turn it up and fall in love with your favorites all over again.
What a pleasant surprise! I knew the product would be good, better than anything else in the market (name it Bose, beats, Sonos, Monster, etc.), but I wasn't expecting it to be this good. Sound quality is great, not audiophile quality but great for what it is, an Airplay speaker. The speaker is loud and there is no distortion at any level. I use it outside and I don't have to crunk it all the way up to get good volume. Stereo separation is fair, but it's impossible to make it any better as both channels are so close to each other. Anyway, I highly recomment this product.

Surprising sound for an all in one
I now own 2 of these. The sound produced is amazing and can easily fill a medium size room. I occasionally have some wireless connectivity issues, but almost certain this is due to my wifi. Some may balk at the $400 (sale) price, but you will generally get what you pay for when it comes to speakers. One downside is this only support Airplay and not Bluetooth. Worst case, you can use the 3.5mm connector. BTW, to one of these I have an optical connection to a DVD/CD player and listen that way occasionally.
