Happy with this choice.
I have been debating how to fill the small area in my basement with a home gym. This is more compact than I thought. The versitility of the workouts is more than I need but it's nice to know it's an option. Manual says you can't expand the power rods from the 210 but a quick search will show you otherwise to get up to the 410. My only complaint is that mine did arrive with quite a bit of surface rust on the welded areas.

Great Father's day gift.
I bought this Bowflex for my husband for Father's day. It was the perfect gift, he loves it. You can do so many exercises, and work your whole body. It comes with an instructions manual that guides you on many different workouts. We are both using it now and we are both happy.
